FAZZ
Formed in 2011, Fazz focus on the delivery of swing with other influences, such as electronic, dance, pop and rock.
Showmanship and storytelling has also been their signature on stage also heavily influenced by the theatre as an art form. FAZZ is all about taking the stage as a form of freedom of expression. The band consists of members; yonlynn (vocal), RFB (bass), Grace (keyboard/piano), Aabid (saxophone/clarinet), and Ayam (drums). On Chinese New Year 2023, we had fun times performing at Chinahouse in Penang, together with another fellow Penangite, Joshua. Fast forward to December 2023, we moved the stage from Chinahouse to KL, where we celebrated the union of Felicia and Christopher.
Felicia is Joshua's sister, she was there with us at Chinahouse last CNY. On the night itself, Josh asked if it was possible to have FAZZ booked for Felicia's wedding. It was surreal that it became a concert itself, where people sang, danced, and partied at the luncheon wedding. It was quite an experience - we turned the ballroom into a dance floor where everyone stood up partied. Similar to our shows, but the purpose is clear on this one!
