Lachie and Matt covered a bit about this on a Control Alternate or Delete Podcast episode (http://ow.ly/SIid50xKntP) we did in late November about work/life balance. I think this shows what I was talking about there in having a bit of downtime in the afternoon to be able to do school pickup more often, with a lull around 3PM/4PM.
Would love to know from the community, for anyone out there in land - is this something that you would use to help keep your employees accountable to the Work/Life balance that they want?

"As you can imagine, it was a bit crazy and unorganized like a lot of startups." "Or "
Even $1bn companies can be crazy and unorganised. Having a vision and goals to work towards is key to allow the talented people in your business to do their thing.
"We would often ask them to do referral calls with existing or perspective customers" A great idea for who struggle to articulate to a prospective customer your value. Ask a great customer you already have for a referral call!
Whats that? Two podcasts in one week? Yes we can! Today's podcast is about Work/Life balance and what that means to Lachie Dixon and Matt Sutherland.
As always, we greatly appreciate your support and feedback! Looking forward to the next couple of episodes! Be sure to like and follow our page for more updates!
