Guess what’s just been added to your favorite eco-friendly menstrual product?
Here’s a hint: effortless insertion, even if your nails are long
“Flower scented” hygienic products like liners, pads or even scented perfumes are all over the shelves in our convenient stores, giving young women the message that our va**na is supposed to smell like flowers. Don’t be fooled, this is just another marketing trick to make you think you actually need these products to make your intimate area smell “better”
The va**na is a self-cleaning organ. The va**nal fluids do a good enough job of cleaning on their own. “The va**na has its own delicate balance of bacteria which helps to keep it free from infections.
Maintaining a clean va**na means regular, gentle bathing on the outside (remember, not inside!) of the va**na. Water is the best cleanser - possibly with a mild soap - but less is always more in this case.
Your va**na does not need to smell like flowers. Do not do**he as it can disrupt the pH and strip the va**na of necessary bacteria, causing infections and irritation.

Taking care of your Comfort Cup is simpler than it seems, and we’re here to help with your questions. But remember, there’s no right or wrong way!
Boil your cup once per cycle, preferably before using it to ensure it’s contaminant-free. Between uses, just wash it with clean water and mild soap.
If you prefer to boil it daily during your cycle, that’s perfectly fine. If you choose to boil it only at the end of your cycle, that’s great too. It’s all about what works best for you!
Starting something new can be challenging, and using a menstrual cup is no different. Explore various folding techniques to find what suits you best. Two popular methods are the Punch-Down Fold and the C-Fold. Remember to keep the cup folded until it’s fully inserted into your va**na.
Don’t forget the most important step before using your Comfort Cup. Wash it with cold running water and wash your hands. 💦💦💦
How do you know when it’s time to empty your cup?
Are you struggling to get your cup to pop open? Don’t worry, we got you. Here are three tips to get that cup open in no time!
FAQ: Can you use a menstrual cup if you’re a virgin?
Absolutely Yes!! If you think that Using a menstrual cup will lose your Virginity,no it wont, this is a common misconception that every young lady especially here in the Philippines are scared about.
There’s a lot of confusion about what it means to be a virgin. In many cultures around the world, virginity is thought of as something biologically connected to the h***n and whether it’s “intact.” The truth is, the only way someone becomes non-virginal is through the act of s*x.
But This is how H***n works,it’s just a tissue that surrounds the va**nal opening. Some people have very little, others have more and it can tear without va**nal pe*******on that means you can tear it during your regular acitivities (biking, running, horseback riding, gymnastic and even self exploration) With that in mind, despite what we’ve been taught, whether the h***n is intact or not has nothing to do with virginity.
So when you are ready to switch to menstrual cup It’s important that you feel safe and comfortable using it specially for the first time. It can be a little daunting for anyone, regardless you are virgins or not.

FAQ: Should I boil the cup before and after use? Is it ok if I dont use soap? Which soap is better to use?
Taking care of the cup is easier than it look, and we understand your questions... but there is NO RIGHT or WRONG answer.
We recommend boiling the cup 1 time a cycle, preferably before using it to make sure there is no contamination in the cup before inserting it in our body. And only wash it with clean water and mild soap between each use and before you store it.
But If you choose to boil it everyday during your cycle that’s totally fine. If you choose to boil it only the end of your cycle that’s totally fine too. In the end it’s every one’s decision

You can wear your Comfort Cup for up to 12 hours. That means you need to empty it twice a day. But depending on how heavy the flow of your blood is, you may need to empty it more often. Everybody’s cycle is different. It takes time and practice for you to establish how often you have to empty your cup.
Removing your Comfort cup? Here's the quick tip.
If you're new to the world of menstrual cup, here's the quick recap for the menstrual cup anatomy:
The *STEM*(the part that sticks out at the bottom) of the menstrual cup is designed to act as guide, helping you locate your cup but *NOT* a pull tab or for removal. Removing by pulling the stem without pinching the base will be difficult and it will hurt!
To remove:
1.if you cant reach your cup take a deep breath and bear down (like pooping) and once you are able to touch the stem and you need to make your cup lower slimply slowly wiggle it down side to side downward (if that's needed at all)
2.NEXT, firmly pinch the base of the cup to break or release the suction it requires by inserting your thumb and your index finger or just inserting your finger ☝️ and pushing the base
3.Once you break the seal or suction slowly pull it down to remove
Disposable products create so much waste!
