Sinigang na ulo ng Salmon
Tip sa paglilinis po ng Salmon or anumang isda...Nililinis po namin mabuti ng tubig at asin at tapos po pinipigaan po namin ng kalamansi ung salmon para mas mawala po ang lansa ng isda.
Sa huli po namin nilalagay ang mustasa at sili na haba kapag luto na po at saka tinatakpan. This way po di maoovercooked ang gulay at sobrang bango po nito pag binuksan ung takip kapag kakainin na po.
