Economy is going down and our people are getting poorer. This is really out of control... This is unacceptable. Those who CLAIMED they had a PLAN, now only have NOTHING but BLAME game. Shame on this government!
Best of luck team Chipolopolo... Give it your all.
Agriculture stands tall as a powerful tool to stabilize our economy. Instead of relying solely on IMF, let's invest in our own soil. A thriving agricultural sector not only ensures food security but also becomes a shield against the rising dollar rate. Let's cultivate self-sufficiency and strengthen our economic foundation.

In a world brimming with knowledge and Wisdom, it's impossible to be a master of everything. We must learn from each other.
Wishing you all a wonderful week.
Do our voices truly resonate with those in power?
Our concerns are valid, promises were made, but are they being kept? As citizens, it's our right to hold the government accountable for economic pledges. Let's demand transparency, and actively participate in shaping our economic future.
Transparency is key for a thriving democracy. Let's persist in seeking answers and advocating for a responsive government.
Considering citizens and local policy over foreign policy is crucial for a government to address immediate needs, foster domestic growth, and ensure the well-being of its people. Local issues should be prioritized to build a strong foundation for a thriving society.
Concerned about the current exchange rate and its impact on local businesses! The rates are making it challenging for businesses to plan and operate effectively. It's crucial for the government to address this issue promptly.
Suggestions:
1. Strengthening domestic industries can reduce reliance on imports, balancing the trade equation and influencing the exchange rate positively. The government must support local industries/ Businesses.
2. Ensuring political stability in our country ZAMBIA can enhance investor confidence, which, in turn, affects the exchange rate. Rule of Law must be practiced!
3. Investing more in agriculture and then promoting exports of our products can contribute to a more favorable exchange rate.
4. Management of government spending, including Presidential trips can positively impact the exchange rate. You can only understand this if you've once been in the 'inside' (Government).
5. Clarity and transparency in economic policies can boost investor confidence, influencing the exchange rate positively.
When investors understand the rules of the game, it boosts confidence and attracts investment. This, in turn, positively influences the exchange rate, creating a win-win for everyone.
6. Investing in Energy, Agriculture, Tourism, Education, Healthcare, Technology, manufacturing, infrastructure,... rather encouragit diversification of the economy can reduce the over dependency on copper, making the country more resilient to currency fluctuations.
Combining the above measures can contribute to a more stable exchange rate and mitigate the challenges posed by the ever rising dollar.
Let's advocate for positive change!
Exploring this sunflower field felt like stumbling upon a hidden gold mine! The vibrant yellow blooms is not just a visual treat; it's a testament to the invaluable role of agriculture in our economic growth.
These are not just ordinary crops. They contribute significantly to our nation's wealth. Agriculture isn't just a sector; it's a lifeline, a source of abundance that fuels progress and prosperity!
