The attachment between Siliconova and RUET continues with Day 3's session covered layout design fundamentals like placement, routing, and verification of chip layouts.It was great to see the students learn these practical skills. We're happy to provide this type of in-depth, real-world training in partnership with universities like RUET. It allows students to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry knowledge.

The attachment between Siliconova and RUET continues with Day 2's immersive sessions on ASIC design and physical implementation flows. Our engineers conducted live demos, enabling students to experience real-world chip design workflows.

Bridging the gap between industry and academics.
Siliconova is hosting students from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) for a training program. On Day 1, our team provided classroom sessions on Register Transfer Level (RTL) design and verification techniques used in the semiconductor industry. This hands-on training will give students practical exposure to the skills needed for their future engineering careers. We are excited to collaborate with RUET and nurture the next generation of chip designers and verification engineers.

In an effort to grow our team, Siliconova recently organized a recruitment exam at United International University. Siliconova was incredibly impressed by the caliber of talent we witnessed at UIU yesterday during our IC Mask Design recruitment test. The dedication and enthusiasm these students demonstrated were truly inspiring. These pictures are just a glimpse of the amazing talent we saw.

In an effort to grow our team, Siliconova recently organized a recruitment exam at Rajshahi University of Technology for students majoring in Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science, and Mechatronics. This targeted hiring initiative aims to bolster Siliconova's employee headcount by 200 across various departments by 2024, including Packaging, RISC-V Processor, Millimeter Wave, FPGA, and Firmware. For the purpose of ensuring the best talent joins our team, Siliconova has kicked off early hiring.

At IACM-2023, Siliconova's director, Sirajul Alam Khan, and Verification Engineer, Md Shazarul Islam, delivered an insightful industry talk. They delved into the exciting prospects of the semiconductor industry, both in Bangladesh and globally. Their discussion focused on key aspects crucial for fostering semiconductor industry growth in Bangladesh, including Industry Requirements from Educational Institutions, Challenges in the Semiconductor Industry, and Overcoming Challenges.

Fresh insights from at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology! Leading semiconductor company Siliconova joined in a critical discussion on bridging the gap between industry needs and academic curriculum. The primary agenda revolved around reshaping curricula to align with industry needs. Siliconova proposed comprehensive changes to coursework and projects, ensuring graduating students are well-versed in industry-grade work.
