Last Tribolonotus gracilis of 2021. Egg laid in december hatch this week.
The lower temperatures of the room made it take a little bit longer than usual (2-3 months).
Good sign, as the parents should be laying the first of 2022 soon.

Today, for the first time in 4 days, we were able to get into the main building of BION and feed and water all the animals, as well as take care of the food supply. At the same time, two of our employees walked through a dangerous city, and four got there by car. We were also able to evacuate a large collection of Uroplatus spp. to our center outside the city.
Interestingly, today, as a symbol of hope, we observed the mating of Uromastyx d. flavofasciata and Uromastyx thomassi at same time…
We keep calm and staying strong!
Hope our Motherland will survive!
