Another beautiful transformation! We transformed the kitchen island and tray ceiling above it as phase 1 of the kitchen remodel and helped make simple updates in the breakfast nook to create a beautiful bright new look! These raised beds were inspired by our trip to the Silos in Waco, TX. Chip and Joanna have great taste. Our builder, Blake Crandall, made four of these for the Rurup Farm and is available to recreate this look for you.

The awning was such a quick project but had a huge impact. We continue to make improvements at The Rurup Farm and fall more in love with this fixer upper every day. Thank you to our very own Blake Crandall for the excellent craftsmanship.

Today was a good day to catch up on our own home projects. We are finally working on our mud room. The trim and shiplap will all be white while the ceiling and back wall were painted duck egg blue today. More updates to come this next week.
