Warmth is everything with Auteur. Fire itself is so primal, it’s flickering colors ancient and earth bound. When we think about how our limited run candle makes people feel when they light or look at it, we hope it conjures that sensation of wholeness only true warmth can bring.

It’s a little strange taking pics of a candle, seeing as so much of its purpose is in the way it smells... but nevertheless, it was fun opening up our home, and having our lovely pal walk back and forth while .co got the lighting jussst right 👌

One of our favorite shots from the Auteur shoot. Even though the candle isn’t lit, we love this shot because there’s still this incredible contrast between bright energizing light and mellowing shadow. We love balance, even if it’s a little hard to take sometimes ☯️
