After a couple of long days of weeding, harvesting, washing, bunching and selling I’m enjoying a simple meal of organic fried eggs on sprouted grain bread with Tsedah Farms radishes, Tikvah Farms Microgreens, some mashed avacado , sautéed garlic scape flower, everything bagel seasoning and a glass of Riesling.

Roasted Hakurei turnips (buy 2 or 3 bunches)

Craisin Salad (spring mix, baby kale, arugula) mix all of spring mix, add a little kale and arugula, a can of mandarin oranges, a cup of craisins, candied pecans, a cup of mozzarella. For dressing: 1 cup olive, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup honey, 1 small red onion, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp sea salt (blend together- makes enough for 2-3 salads)

Garlic scape wrapped steak

Mmm good!
