Months of preparation, countless battles, and many sacrifices… it is time.
These last 26 weeks have been the biggest learning experience of my journey. Working a full time job, meal prepping and dieting, mobility/cardio sessions, etc. had its ups and downs but I did it.
Rain or shine tomorrow, I will forever be proud🖤

Me VS Me.
I wasn’t sure how a back to back prep would go, but it I was ready to face the task head on.
26 weeks of prep for nationals and worlds, is the longest prep I’ve ever done and turned out to be my best prep ever🙏🏻
I have enjoyed every second of it and I have grown so much physically/mentally. I feel like I have transformed into the competitor I’ve always dreamed of being.
One 🔑 thing I’ve done was erasing all mental restrictions and truly just living in the moment.
5 years ago I dreamed of making it to the World stage.
Now I can see the finish line 🏁

💧Water-Cut Shreds 💧
Pics were taken right before weighins at Jr Nationals. I was about 144lbs and had cut 4lbs of water. Thankful for my coach .reformance for handling me perfectly through this process!
I want to emphasis that this is not typical for powerlifting and is often done only if you have experience within the sport!
Do you guys think I should I move up a weight class? 👀

How it started VS How it’s going 📈
5 years in the making..
In 2018, I began my undergraduate career at studying civil engineering. I was searching for something to do to decompress from my heavy workload.
My sophomore year I decided to join and begin my journey in the gym. Subsequently, I signed up for my first local meet and placed 🥇. I remember thinking, “wow, I didn’t know I could do something like this”.
Throughout my undergraduate career, I had the opportunity to travel to country/world competing in a sport I had a deep passion for❤️🔥
Fast forward to today and I am training for Jr. Worlds representing the USA 🇺🇸
Forever grateful for getting me into the gym and persuading me to get into powerlifting because my life is changed forever 🙏🏻
