It’s not often you find pure oxygen nearby in case one loses their breath, but small tanks are available in Vail, Colorado - 8,150 feet above sea level - where the air is as crisp as the apples and wine.

Where have you been Wednesdays? ✈️ The first snowfall of Fall 2019 has graced central Pennsylvania, and my mind wanders to a warm plate of grilled white cheddar cheese on pumpernickel, add slow-roasted pork, and tomato soup. 😋❄️ For starters, a friend of mine and I ordered spicy cauliflower bites at Tupelo Honey in Charlotte, North Carolina. 🍯
It was a rainy, cool Spring Day, and the food was a perfect complement to the weather, as well as the engaging conversation, had on the outdoor patio. 🥪🍲 When in Charlotte, Tupelo Honey is a gem of a restaurant to grab a bite to eat. 💎

It was perfectly seasoned, and just enough to fill up our bellies after watching ‘Wicked’ on Broadway in New York City. 🎭

Before we jumped on the train bound for Pennsylvania, we were able to find this satisfying Greek pita wrap. 🚊

The wrap is stuffed with a protein, and your choice of lettuce, tomato, onion and tzatziki. 🍅
