Stretching and deep breating as in this Slow Basic Stretch Exercise contributes to mobility, stamina, mental discipline, focus, hormone function and coordination. Suggested situations to practise in: Late night office working, working from home, study break, before bed time, morning time before work, 5 minute time out. For those with injuries please feel free to modify poses based on your need. For those with neck injuries feel free to take out head stretchs and head nods. Modify as desired. This exercise is designed to relax your body and make you feel good, you are the master of your body, take this exercise and adapt it to your preferance.

This is The Comfort Exercise. This exercise is demonstrated by doing Version D with the eyes closed. Version D is any version: A-C with the eyes closed. For this session Version B (just holding ) has been chosen to do with the eyes closed which offers a deeper connection. Research tells us that that breathwork is effective for improving stress and mental health and that self touch helps promote relaxation and lowers levels of cortisol. The Comfort Exercise encompasses both of these elements. #

This is The Comfort Exercise. This exercise is demonstrated by doing both version A (rubbing) and Version B (holding) back to back as a series. Version A and B can be completed seperatly if desired. Research tells us that us that breathwork is effective for improving stress and mental health and that self touch helps promote relaxation and lowers levels of cortisol. The Rubbing Exercise. This exercise is great if you are working from home and need to take a break to re focus. Perhaps you are not a morning person and need to a tool to invigorate yourself to prepare yourself for the day. Which ever way you decide to use this exercise, in under 5 minutes you will feel refreshed, re focused and feel more like yourself to apply yourself to any taks with a renewed sense of clarity.

It’s important to take stock and celebrate who you are, in addition to celebrating the people around you who love and support you. Infinity Energy Circles Exercise can be practised anytime you need to gain some clarity, feel refreshed and create a new safe space around you. The infinty Energy Circles Exercise helps to clear the space around you creating fresh new energy and cycles. Version B: do all the movements with eyes closed. Version C: Just visualise yourself doing the exercise in a meditative state without physically doing the arm movements. Each version may offer you a different beneficial feeling. Feel free to to practise at your own speed eg. Faster or slower #

Just as a French coffee press is pressed down to reveal the refined coffee which we can drink, in this exercise we will use our arms to push away the unwanted energy as we hum the word “OM”, to reveal only that which best serves us. The intention is to process and refine our energy in order to leave us that with which is pure, just like the French coffee press does with making coffee. Humming is a good stress buster and we will do this in combination with our “pushing away” of arm movements. This exercise should give you the clarity and that “awakened” feeling that coffee give us after we drink it. Practising exercise to the full moon or in nature enhances benefits. This exercise is best practised standing up. Feel free to modify this exercise based on need.

Decided to walk home last night after working late in the office. It was a crisp clear night. The moon was out and shining. Managed to get an easy 10km under the belt. I saved money on public transport and reduced my carbon foot print by walking instead. The whole experience felt amazing and decided to take this “in motion” late night selfie to capture the moment. As we consciously choose things that improve our well-being, whether that be a late night walk, making a cup of coffee for ourselves or wearing some red lipstick 💄 to give us a bit of “Zaza Zing”, we move towards feeling better about ourselves and hence start to step into the best versions of ourselves. And so, every thought and action becomes about doing what is going to enhance our well- being so that we can evolve into become manifestations of an amazing human being. The Ocean Waves Exercise

About: Have you ever heard of the saying “ride the wave?” This exercise is all about riding the good wave of life. The wave of abundance, good luck, good fortune, happiness, health and anything good that you may imagine for yourself. Have you ever been to the ocean? Have you ever allowed the waves to lap at your feet, allowed the motion of the ocean to caress and heal you as you swim in its vast expansive waters? Have you ever sat and watched the ocean from the beach or nearby shore and lost yourself in its healing beauty? Think of the salty air and allow it to awaken your senses. Think of the sound of the ocean sweetly lullabying you into relaxation. Think of the ocean now, in any way that you may experienced it. Bring it into your consciousness and allow its waters to heal, nourish and replenish you with all the heavenly blessings that you deserve.

Direction: Think of those wave machines that generate those fake waves in water parks. With your hands you are similarly going to do a hand motion that also will generate waves of good fortune to come towards you. Scoop both your hands in towards you, palms facing towards you and then push your hands away from you palms facing away from you. The inward motion of the hands will mimic the wave being generated towards, the tide of good fortune coming in. Your hands pushing away from you represents the wave leaving, the tide going out. The tide leaving represents letting go of that which no longer serves you in a process of release detaching from pain, anger, resentment, negativity etc. Repeat this hand action consistently, back and forth repeatedly. The exercise may also be completed with one hand only if one hand is only in use and is just as effective as both hands. An even more discreet version could be used in public just using the breath and the intention. The individual must believe that the exercise will work and if practised with pure and clear intention, full benefits will be acquired. Connecting with the full moon or nature whilst completing the exercise enhances the benefits of the exercise.

Inhale through the nose and exhale out through the mouth. The inhale represents the wave of abundance washing into you revitalising your being with goodness and blessings. The exhale represents the tide going out as you release and let go of that which no longer serves you e.g., pain, anger, resentment, negativity etc. The hand movements and breathing should be in tandem with one another as you keep in mind the ocean and the healing properties that the waves symbolise. The sound of your breathing should try and mimic the sound of the waves to enable you to be immersed in all immersive oceanic experience. Combine the breathing and hand movements for a minumum of 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes feel free to carry on for as long as you as you would like to.
