Sounds simple but in reality it is something every human struggles with. Just being present in their own life. To allow themselves to be able to be grounded in the “now”. Believe me I still have to check myself from time to time and take a time out to chill out.

It’s crazy how we don’t even realize how caught up in the tasks of each day that we are almost on auto pilot floating through life. That is simply existing not truly living. That is because to live is to experience and to experience you must first be present.

Think about it we have all been out with friends and people just get caught up on their phones and disconnect. No longer present. Simply there but not connected.

What we all are really striving for deep down in life it to create and live a life that fulfills us, a life that we don’t feel like running from, escaping to a phone or tv show trying to find a laugh wherever we can.

We all dream of a life, a daily way of embodiment that allows us to feel fulfilled, satisfied, and sustained by our interactions and events of each day.

To live a life that fills up your inspiration cup. That makes you want to be alive and do more. To run a race that makes you want to go the extra mile.

We all have that desire within ourselves it is just how will you choose to cultivate it and journey with it throughout life.

Will you bring it into the light and allow it to grow.
Will you sit with your dreams and possibilities to nurture them?

Can you allow yourself to accept that you are blessed and guided all along the way.

Are you able to allow yourself to believe that all of the cosmic consciousness is ready to chat with you over coffee whenever you become present and listen.

Breathe.
Be.
Experience.
Explore.
Express.
Connect.
Create.
