Buyers keep flaking on the KV2 rig. Someone make an offer so I can get rid of it. Tired of it.

I mean, I love this gear. Best rig I ever used. But I'm done with sound and moved on and want it out of my life.

A&H ML500 48B and full outboard racks also available to go away too. Need it gone. I'm keeping playback/recording decks, but all the compressors, gates, EQ's, system processor, FX, snake, stagebox and Aviom gots to go.

Status update:
I've actually decided to dispose of the current computer being used as a web server. I have removed the hard drive and will likely re-deploy that drive, however it will have a new build of Linux on it.

The mail server is down but has been backed up first. I am debating moving from the Tangerine iMac to a blue/white G3 PPC Mac. I may just run Mac OS 9.1 on there but I haven't decided yet. I have a beige G3 Mac that I am debating as well but since it lacks USB connectivity, I may not use that one. The tangerine iMac is destined for disposal in the not too distant future, as is the beige G3 Mac.

The NT server is down. It's not OUT, just down. It may be out but that hasn't been determined yet.

Other machines are having their fate decided as well. The IIsi, 2 LC units and a P638 and a g4 iMac are all gone. Several other PC chassis are also gone for various reasons. I did keep one of the Mac SE's for personal reasons. All old laptops are disposed of.

Due to reasons, it will be quite some time before the mail server goes online as well as the web server. I'm not overly concerned at the moment.

All client data has been purged. Any drives that contained that information have been destroyed, as have any tape back-ups. All client media has been destroyed or disposed of, which follows 3 years of trying to get clients to claim the media. If you're looking for something, it's gone.

I am keeping the Betamax machine for the time being in order to sell it. The Marshall PowerBrakes are also going on the market soon.

Due to circumstances within my control, I am not going to have the mail server go live until sometime after March of 2022. The webserver may also be in the same position. They've become super low priority projects with no urgency behind them to get them operating again.

In the meantime, we're in a push to move the datacenter.

Clearing out my old development environment. Mac IIsi pulled. Still debating on selling on Mac SE, but the other one was my personal one and that's staying. LC and LCII are getting pulled tomorrow those 4 will be put on Ebay for sale for parts/production.

When I started doing web development in 1994, I purchased some older Macs to round out what I had in order to test across a large cross-section of computers. This also included Windows 3.1 machines, then Windows 95, 98, 98SE, NT, 2000, ME... and around there I got fed up with it and said "I'm done".

Time to let SOME of the stuff go. Some computers I will be hanging onto. The Q650 stays. The Performa 6320 for now stays. The Performa 638 will be released soon. The orange iMac G3 and Emacs G4 will be going as well, but the blue tower G3 as well as this other tower G3 are also staying.

Sadly, I will be letting 3 laptops go away.... as garbage. 1 does not power up anymore, after 10+years of hard labor, I just have't had the strength to trash it. An newer laptop is just flaky as hell so it's going to get trashed. I do have this smaller one that I may choose to sell but I don't think anyone wants an old XP 13-inch laptop.

Also, selling two Marshall PowerBrake PB100 units. Turn your amp to 11, but turn the PowerBrake down to 1 and enjoy that roar at apartment friendly levels, UNLESS you're next door to a Karen.

Sony DX-537 camera with BetaCam, Hi8 and camera decks, along wtih a Fujinon zoom lens, tripod adapter and hard case will be going for sale soon, starting at $100 for the entire package. Note, this is a standard definition camera. Know what you are getting into before you reach out to buy it.

If you're interested in these items, I'm going to offer a much better price via direct sales than via Ebay and Reverb. Once they hit those sites, all other negotiations are off.

Temporarily removing MX records from DNS as the mail server is going to be down a while. I'm going to transition to a different computer for a temporary solution, then onto hopefully more modern and robust for a permanent solution down the line.

I'm also in the process of re-locating my data-center. This will be a chaotic move, and later on I will need my network access MPOE moved get back to proper operations.

I'll be contacting key vendors to have my email address changed manually since their systems do not allow for me to go ahead and change it.

Due to the latest insanity by the federal government, we're no longer accepting payments greater than $599.99. You're gonna have to break them up.

If they want to get nosy into my bank account, they gotta get a court order and a valid reason. Of course, based on the current batch, they don't appear to need either.

I guess it's good to see communism alive and well. And thank goodness my services are not available for the time being.

Still not ETA on the web server going online. Results are promising.

In the meantime, I got lots of audio and lighting gear to sell, including foggers. Complete KV2 rig for sale, 13200 watts of clean, beautiful sound. For the entity that buys the whole KV2 rig, I will include all the u_brackets, a complete extra set of all speaker cables and a complete set of capacitors to re-cap all the amp modules, plus the wheel bases. This is over $1600 of stuff if you buy the whole KV2 rig. Also included is a hand tool in each Epack 2500 to help remove the bolts for re-configuring the ES 1.0 tops from line array to point source.

I'm the only owner of the KV2 rig. It is 100% paid off with no liens or any contingencies on the sale. It's clean, clear and completely cash only.

Web site has been down for over a week. I'm aware of this. I'm re-building the machine starting Sunday and it should be back in production Monday by the latest. If you need to see photos of the gear for sale, it's here anyways.

We're ceasing operations and liquidating almost all assets.

Due to other obligations, effective immediately, we will be completely shutting down media capture/transfers and document transfer services until November. I will open up a window between November 1 and the week of Thanksgiving to get media transfers in to be completed at least 1 week before Christmas to allow for adequate return times.

If you're a club or other fixed location looking for the absolute best in live sound for your establishment, I have some proposals for you to look at, which includes up to a 3-person crew, sound and lighting options for a long-term install arrangement. I can only offer this kind of a deal if we're setting up the gear and leaving it in place for an extended stay.

We are not a wedding services sound provider. With rates starting at $3200 for the day, plus you'll need to provide the band, we're typically not affordable for weddings.

Keep in mind, we are sound production company, which means we specialize in sound for live events. We are not a DJ company.

While your calls, emails and text messages are appreciated, I am overwhelmed by requests for free services.

I'm sorry. If you don't have the ability to pay for services, then I simply cannot take the job. Offers of booze, food and "exposure" are interesting but don't cover things like paying crew, fuel an other hard costs.

Also, please be sure your definition of charity means that you are a 501(c)(3) non-profit. I cannot give services away as I have large expenses operating this kind of service, but I maybe able to find a way to offer reduced priced services. We've done events in the past for event organizers who gave the proceeds to "themselves", so we just require more documentation and confirmation of status these days. It's just business.

Alright, we're closing preferred pricing for April. As is inline with our 2-month advance policy, you will need to book events for May and beyond to get special low pricing. Once the 2 month advance date passes, it goes to "full pop" pricing. Plan ahead and save big. Waiting can get expensive!

At the moment, I only will accept one large 35mm photo slides/negatives transfer job. I will do 7200X7200dpi scanning. Let me how many images you need scanned and what you want to pay. If I accept your price, then it's a done deal. If not, submit a different offer.

This only happens ONCE a year and for ONE client.

While a few days have opened up, I am choosing to not take more bookings for 2018 but will accept bookings for 2019.

I'm not accepting any transfers for the rest of the year unless it's a 35mm slides or negative job. Scans at 7200X7200 resolution at $1 each. Includes image correction and restoration and automatic negative processing(as applicable).

I just finished the Irene B. West harvest festival. This wrapped up a series of 5 rehearsals, 3 performances, 2 award ceremonies and an outdoor school fair-type event over a 2 week period.

Just finished back to back award ceremonies at Irene B West Elementary, in a corporate type style. In a few hours, I move gear and set up for the harvest festival, basic music and microphones.

Friday, I am back doing sound for the awards ceremony in the AM and their Harvest Festival in the evening. Not quite sure what happens after that. We shall see. I think I have at least 6 more performances to deal with and several award events and perhaps some fund raisers.

I'm at Irene B West Elementary all day today. I'm doing a combination of live sound reinforcement, multi-channel audio recording(9 channels) and video recording for a performance video. I already got the AM performance done, now time to prepare for the afternoon and evening performances.

Just a reminder, we're not taking any more bookings for 2018 as well as no further media transfers. We are currently involved in a different project that will wrap as the year ends and then we will be taking some much deserved time off to recover.

Book now for January 2019. We will require 2 months lead time for all engagements and a 50% deposit. All events include a 3 man crew(myself and my two best guys). With reasonable prices, you can get world class audio and affordable prices.

Due to other projects, we will be unable to take additional events and projects for the remainder of 2018. Please start booking your events for 2019 and beyond now as we are going to start needing at least 2 months advance notice for most events, especially if you want the best pricing.

If you wish to have media transfers done, you will need to get your orders in by Halloween and they will be done before Thanksgiving. We will be engaging in some special projects after Thanksgiving and will not be available for media transfers again until March of 2019 unless the contract completes early.

We offer high resolution(up to 7200X7200 dpi) 32mm slide and negatives scanning(with correction and conversion), 8mm, Super8(with magstripe stereo optional), and 16mm film(optical sound) transfers to standard definition. We also can do Video8, Hi8, VHS(an VHS C), Betamax and some other video formats. Currently our MiniDV equipment is not functioning(very common) so we cannot handle those tapes at the moment. WE can also handle cassette, mini-Cassette and dictaphone(they are the same size but different), 1/4" reel to reel in 3 formats, 8-track, LP's, 45's and 78's, recorded wire(seriously, we have 2 units!) and DAT tape. We also support MiniDisc.

Direct to DVD from videoptape starting at $30/tape/disc(including EP 6 hour T-120 tapes) with zero editing(DVD included with this service), just a direct transfer. Film transfers at start at $1.50 per edited minute, slides start at $1/slide with discounts available for large jobs. Save money by receiving digital files if you provide the media. Otherwise DVD's are $10 each, CD's are $6 each.

All work done in-house by the owner. No outsourcing. You know exactly where your media is at all times.
