Happy Holidays!! We wanted to let everyone know we will be closed December 20th through January 2nd and will resume normal business hours Monday January 3rd. If you have an emergency that needs addressed during that time please feel free to call the office and leave a detailed message or email. We will be checking the calls/VM and emails very sporadically during the break and have crews available for emergencies.

TODAY IS THE DEADLINE TO GET DRAWDOWN CONTRACTS RETURNED.
If you are a customer on Lakes Hamilton or Catherine and have a floating dock we cannot stress enough to check your water depth to see if your dock needs pushed out to avoid damages. This year will be a 5' drawdown.

IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CONTRACT BY 5 PM TODAY, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE FOR YOUR DOCK TO BE MOVED. PLEASE RESPOND TODAY. IF YOUR CONTRACT IS IN THE MAIL, PLEASE LET US KNOW.

Attention Lakes Hamilton and Catherine customers!

Starting November 1st, Entergy will begin the 5 ft. drawdown of Lakes Hamilton and Catherine. If you have a dock that is needing pushed out to keep from sitting on the lake bed, NOW is the time to act. Let us help with ensuring your dock is not siting on dry land and/or doesn't get hung up on the anchor poles which can cause sever damage to your dock and/or lift.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you inspect your dock and measure the water depth around your dock. You will need a MINIMUM OF 7 FT. OF WATER below the part of your dock or lift that is lowest in the water. (DON'T FORGET, the bottom of your boat lift might be lower than the dock floats in some instances.) Measure & make sure that there is at least 7’ of water under your floats or lift. The reason for this, is that Entergy has the authority to pull the lake level down an extra foot or more for heavy flood conditions.

Please email us for the 2021-2022 winter draw down contract. If you are not sure if your dock needs pushed out you can pay a monitoring fee and we will push it out only if it is needed.

We will not be accepting contracts after October 25th, 2021 due to all the planning and scheduling needed for the crews.

Due to the sudden surge in Delta COVID cases we are asking our customers to give us a day's notice if you will be coming by the office. We are limiting the number of people in our small office space and time frames so we can properly sanitize. We also ask that you wear a mask when on the property. If you meet with our crews onsite please stay 6' away and wear mask. We take the health of not only you our customers but for our employees seriously. If you are needing to make a payment on an invoice feel fee to make a payment online or mail a check in.

Sunday July 4th at 9:30 on Lake Hamilton

The annual 4th of July free fireworks display sponsored by Visit Hot Springs will be held Sunday, July 4th on Lake Hamilton.

In case of rain, the fireworks will be held Monday, July 5th.

The fireworks show will start at 9:30 from barges in the middle of Lake Hamilton at the first Highway 7 bridge opposite the DoubleTree Hotel. Those who want to watch from the water are asked to keep a safe distance from the fireworks launching area and keep watch for fellow boaters.

The fireworks will be synchronized with music on radio station 97.5 FM US97 when fans watch the display.

Summer Time = Boating Time! We hope you are all enjoying your early summer so far! We wanted to inform everyone that we now have an alternate way for you to send us photos than by Email! Due to the recent storms we have had, Butch has been getting several texts and phone calls and he has a hard time keeping track of all the messages he is receiving. We want to be sure all our customers get responses in a timely manner.

We understand some customers are not able to email the photos per Butch's request so we have now created a 2nd line for texting images. So now you can send images to (501) 200-8045.
We also plan to use the text line to send out mass notifications regarding lake activity (along with our mass emails).

NOTE: We will still be mainly corresponding via email for work orders.

Dear Area Lake Customers,
We wanted to give everyone a heads up. The Hot Springs Municipal Airport has reported winds over 70 MPH last night during the storm. Of course, the wind on the area lakes will be a lot higher than that. We encourage you to check your dock, shoreline, and property. If you do not live in the Hot Springs area, please have a neighbor or friend check on your dock and shoreline and lake property. From all the calls we've had come in, most of the damage has been mostly on the North and West ends of the lake. (North end - Houston Dr and Timberlake area, West end - Little Mazarn and Tanglewood area). If you do have damages, please email the office with any info and/or photos you have of the location. Please email [email protected]. We are a little bit covered up on phone calls and emails currently, but we will get back to you ASAP.

News and updates around Hot Springs

After the longest year ever, we are excited to announce the reopening of the Fordyce Bathhouse Visitor Center and Museum on Tuesday, May 4th. The Fordyce will be open daily from 9 am to 5 pm.

With the opening, please keep in mind:

• Visitation will be limited to 100 people in the building at one time
• Masks are mandatory inside the Fordyce
• Masks are mandatory outdoors in the park when physical distancing of 6 feet cannot be maintained

Visitor information, including the passport stamp, will still be provided on the front porch of the Fordyce.

We look forward to welcoming visitors to the Fordyce to see the grandeur of a 20th century bathhouse!

Hey wonderful customers, we have had a few customers calling saying their docks have shifted. The wind gusts that go to about 25mph are pushing docks around and causing ramps to fall. Keep an eye on your dock and your neighbors' who do not live here full time. Give us a call if notice major shifting of your/your neighbor dock(s).
