Exciting news, Aspen Concessions is expanding. We bought a smoker trailer and bbq grill today! Diving into this type of food has me a little stressed but looking forward to the new adventure. Thank you Randy at Old West BBQ for all the advice and for trusting me to take your baby on its next adventure. The Highway 210 trailer now has a sibling. Can’t wait to let everyone know when the new trailer will open, so keep an eye out!

Thank you Lone Tree for having us out on July 4th for family day and your fire works celebration. We slung lots of corn dogs and other great food all day long! Yes, I’m late again posting!

Day 4 of ND Country Fest last Saturday, sorry a few days late. Just a couple of our favorite customers. We had lots of amazing customers and loved them all. I treated my staff to 1919 Rootbeer Floats.

Day 3 ND Country Fest. Hottest day so far. We are slinging breakfast for the campers.

Day 2 ND Country Fest. We got to see Salem Sue today. She overlooks the grounds. Come on out and see us!

When you’re selling in North Dakota better have fried pickles on the menu!

Great day at Bailey Days

Today is the 1 year anniversary of my first event for my company. We are thrilled for our 2nd year of serving concessions and it all starts at the same spot, Bailey Days. Here are a few pictures of the past year. Thank you to everyone for their help, support, and encouragement.

Beautiful drive up to Bailey tonight to drop trailer for Bailey Days that starts tomorrow and goes through Sunday. This was my first event last year so excited to be back!!

Back at Nexus Day 2. Wow did the crowd show up tonight. Busy all night. Thank you to my staff, for their awesome help tonight. I feel bad I only got pics of 2 out of 4 staff but they were all on point tonight. Customers could not believe how fast the food was going out, sometimes they had it before they finished paying. If you see this post was at about 3am, I just finished up my day. Thanks everyone for your support!!

Great night at the Denver Coliseum for the Nexus Tour Concert. We had the best looking food trailer there and debuted cherry limeades. They were a huge hit, we almost ran out ingredients. The cherry gummies were on point. We are back Saturday night for one more party!! Ignore the lemonade cup logo, have tons of these cups and trying to use them up!

Thank you Town Hudson for having us at the Cedar Block Party last Saturday. It was a great day and the community was awesome. Sorry for the late posting.

Beautiful day in Erie at their town fair. We had a great time and introduced the Dippin’ Dot Float. They tasted as good as they looked.

It was lunch at the base today. Had the Italian strip sandwich in special. Thank you to everyone on the base for your support and business we had our best day ever serving you all lunch.

Excited to announce Aspen Concessions is returning to Bailey Days this year. This was our very first event for my company last year and can't wait to return. We have expanded this year and will be bringing the Dippin' Dots tent set-up as well. The trailer looks a bit different this year as well.
