Making milky oats tincture..💚🌿
Milky Oats!
Avena sativa when harvested at it’s “milky” stage, makes an effective tincture that helps the nervous system.
When you have anxiety, nervous exhaustion, irritability, have emotional reactions to minor arguments, disappointments and loud noises; or when you just “burn the candle at both ends”, a lovely tincture of milky oats is a great herbal remedy.
This beautiful harvest was a gift from Jamie Hicks, who grows Avena sativa locally as a cover crop, with no chemicals, in a field nearby. I plan to make several small batches of medicine with intention of deep gratitude for this gift and this wonderful medicine from nature.
PM me I’d you would like purchase this remedy - should be ready in a few weeks- all profits will go to a needy family who lost income from COVID 19
