Some of my current favorites and some of my empties on the next picture. I tagged all the companies. I’ll share my thoughts as i continue using these.
❤️ Let me talk a little about my empties:
🤍 phenomenal gel - still have a little left in the packaging. It’s lightweight, but i feel like it doesn’t completely absorb to skin. I use it mostly after deep cleansing masks to replenish ph balance of my skin. As for the glow mist - used it casually to spray on my face during the day. It has some oil, so adds moisture to the face as well. I don’t like to set my makeup with it, but loved to use it as a base.
🤍 exfoliating toner - when i saw a youtube video where cosmetologist said BHA better than scrub exfoliators, I was skeptical. After using this toner i can confirm 💯 that indeed this leaves your skin renewed and smooth.
🤍 clarifying clay cleanser - ideal cleanser for daily use for acne prone/porous skin. Not suitable to use with brush cleansers, like mia, because it’s hard to clean. However i used it as a mask as well, by applying thicker layer and leaving on for 5-10 mins.
🤍 lipid peptide cream and rose deep hydration cream - both are amazing facial moisturizers with luxurious feel. So good!
🤍 i have a separate post reviewing hand cream, scroll down a couple of posts to read, if interested.
🤍 - was surprisingly good makeup remover! products are always greatly priced, so for the price this product gets the job done very well (easily comparable to high end liquid makeup removers).

Let’s talk about facial sprays. Do you use them? If yes, how do you use them❓
💕 I personally enjoy using facial sprays, so I decided to share some of my favorites and the way I incorporate these in my daily routine:
▫️ of course, when we talk about facial sprays, first thing that comes to mind is makeup setting spray. For this purpose I can’t find anything that works better than ‘ all nighter. I spray it to my beauty sponge to help to set concealer while blending, apply it after adding powders to the face to help to melt everything into nice smooth complexion, and spray it as a last step of my makeup routine to fix everything in place.
▫️ i use rose glow mist as a step in my skincare routine. Once i clean and tone my skin, i apply this mist as an essence - it’s refreshing, smells so good and provides skin with antioxidants. Sometimes i add it as a final step once i’m finished with applying all my skincare products.
▫️ and last, but not least is my hydrating mist (it’s personalized as well! 🥰😍). I use this spray throughout the day when my i feel like my skin needs a refreshing spray or boost in hydration. During winter months it’s especially important for me to keep my skin hydrated, since it gets dry. This spray provides lightweight hydration without ruining my makeup or making my skin feel heavy. Bonus tip, if you put it in the fridge the cool spray on the face wakes you up giving you an energy boost👍🏻

💕 As for my empties haul - these are some of my recent products which i used up. I decided to start sharing more of these on my IG as well (i have 2 empties videos on my YouTube if you’re interested to watch).
🔸 Products from Pixi Beauty- brand with amazing skincare for affordable price. My essential and peel off mask. Please watch my YouTube empties videos to see my full review about glow tonic - i still stand by my words - love this product! As for the tzone mask, it’s a gentle product - it’s not as effective as nose strips to remove the blackheads, but for those who can’t use face strips due to sensitivity of the skin, this is a great alternative and gets a job done.
🔸 DERMA E - natural, vegan and ethical skincare which is amazing - i’ve been using this brand for years now. I’ve recently used up acne deep pore cleansing wash. My skin felt squeaky clean every time and this is a perfect cleanser to use with sonicare or foreo. I’ve also used up firming eye cream from which i already have reviewed in my empties video previously on YouTube. Feel free to check it out!
🔸 Fresh- used up few of their masks: black tea overnight mask and instant perfecting mask, as well as their rose sleeping mask (not pictured here since i might have thrown away the container). Both overnight mask and rose sleeping mask added extra moisture overnight every time i used it. For the instant perfecting mask, i’d use it before makeup application - to add hydration and glow to the skin. The only downside - i used up these too fast - wish there was more product. Perhaps that’s because i use a lot of masks all the time...
Also the black tea kombucha essence - used after cleansing the skin and before applying my serum in my skincare routine.
🔸 Dermalogica empties - pregnancy made my already acne prone skin worse. So i’ve used age bright spot fader after giving birth on my break outs. It’s little drying on skin, but indeed minimized the acne spots drastically. Another favorite of mine from is nightly lip treatment. I apply it not only on the lips but around the lips as well - the product is very nourishing and rich. 🔸 Rodan + Fields products: used up redefine intense renewing serum. Honestly when i used this product my skin was going through the roller coaster of hormones. I can’t tell any specific effect i felt on my skin besides feeling increased softness/bounce of the skin. However i can tell exactly that reverse spf 50+ was my go to SPF! So lightweight,doesn’t feel sticky or heavy, smells great and also does super well under makeup!
🔸 Paula's Choice peptide booster - used it not only as serum but occasionally mixed with my foundation. Didn’t like to apply it by itself under the makeup/foundation, but worked well if mixed with primer or foundation. 🔸 and the last but not least Clinique all about eyes rich moisturizer. I used to use this product when i was in college, decided to come back to it once again - still love it! But i want to try different eye cream now. Let me know your recommendations❤️

As holiday season approaches I wanted to share with you a great gift idea for your loved ones or yourself. ❤️ As a lover of everything beauty, along with makeup, skincare and jewelry - I love perfumes. But I always wait for holiday sales to stock up on bundles of my favorite fragrances - which are usually sold around Christmas time. Hi beauties! Can’t believe July is here! June had been a very busy month packed with birthdays, travels, lots of work and fun too! I was asked to share some tips to transfer makeup safely, especially when you’re traveling to long distances. So I decided to post about it here.
🧳 When i pack for long flights i secure everything liquid (foundation, toners, micellar water etc) with clear wrap and zip locks and place them in bags which i check in. For all of my palettes and powders - i wrap them individually in bubble wrap and also pack them in check-in bags. I’ve flown a lot with most of my makeup checked in and this way i never had anything crush, break or spill. Usually all of my makeup transfers perfectly.
🧳 My carry-on makeup case is usually small, fits in my purse and filled with essential and multi-use products. I choose creams and pencils over liquids, as well as travel size products, if available. Pictured here is what i packed in my most recent trip overseas:
💕 Skincare essentials - hydrating and nourishing skin is especially important when going on long flights and different climates. My under eyes tend to get especially dry, so i always have individually wrapped eye gel-patches and firming eye cream.
💕 on-the-glow solid moisture stick is multi-use product to use on face, hands, lips and even hair. I love it - replaces so many products and works wonderfully.
💕i also pack a few makeup products to put on a “quick face” before landing. I use stay matte concealer to cover imperfections and scandal eyes n**e liner to cover my post acne pigmentations (you can watch how i do it in my Youtube video on how to cover acne). It’s quick and effective and looks natural. Usually i choose concealer in my exact skin color, so it doesn’t stand out as i don’t apply it all over my face, but on the spots only.
💕 My essentials: gimme brow and goof proof brow pencil. Having the brows filled in instantly frames the face, don’t you agree?
💕 I also use they’re real push up liner mascara to create a quick winged liner look.

I always thought shampoos don’t really make a difference as long as you use weekly masks that hydrate and condition the hair. I noticed such a difference in my hair as soon as I started using hair care kit from , that even my natural curls/waves became bouncier and more defined. As a kid i used to have curly hair, but as i grew they became wavy and very frizzy... i don’t like using heavy deep conditioning products as they make my hair so flat with zero volume. I really liked how provided necessary conditioning my hair needed without making it flat. ❤️ What kind of hair products do you use?
💇🏻‍♀️ i am also liking to apply gel from before blow drying my hair to add volume. They also have de-frizzing and curl defining cocktails which i also like ❤️

I was sent this beautiful holiday collection from Avon , but didn’t have a chance to try the products yet. However I wanted to capture some before I start using these. What looks come to your mind looking at these? Oh, and did you notice the holiday themed lipstick packaging? So pretty!

Even couple of months ago i was terrified that 2018 was almost over and I wasn’t as productive as I wanted to be and had so many resolutions that yet had to be started... But sometimes we try “to have it all” at all times that we forget to live in the moment. Looking back at 2018, although I struggled to balance my family, work and business and perhaps didn’t accomplish all that i wanted, i did my best. I made plenty of wonderful memories with family, achieved recognition at work, taught many makeup classes and beautified many gorgeous ladies this year. So instead of my usual end-of-the-year “ugh, I didn’t even do this, haven’t finished that”, i’ll just be grateful for everything that i did and accomplished this year. One of the highlights of 2018 for me is definitely traveling to beautiful destinations with my family. What has been yours? Maybe you’d be willing to share your most proud moment this year? Most memorable? I’d love to hear❤️

I can’t believe the last month of the year has started already! I love this time of the year, especially in Houston - the weather is so nice!
💛Winter also means flu season - increase you vitamin C intake to keep the cold away. Citrus fruits have high percentage of Vit C, so incorporating them in your daily diet will boost your immune system.
💛 Since the sun is not as beaming during winter - it is a perfect time to use brightening and rejuvenating products for the skin to revamp and renew the skin. Products containing vitamin C help with brightening the overall complexion of the skin and increase the collagen production - which helps to speed up the renewal process of the skin and even out the skin tone.
💛 Another amazing element is Retinol - which reverses sun damage, improves skin texture by boosting collagen production, tightens pores and has many other anti-aging benefits.
💛 I’ve been incorporating products from their line enriched with vit C, as well as using system from to improve my skin tone, get rid of post acne pigmentation and improve the overall complexion of my skin. This is the first time I’m incorporating retinol in my skincare routine and i can’t wait to see how it improves my skin!
💛 another important message, when using retinol containing products and brightening creams with vit C, always (!) use sunscreen, since skin is more prone to sunburn.
