Her Majesty’s Hustlers are an extraordinary girl gang who come together on Spin Bikes to achieve incredible things. Fitness, friendship, kindness and support for one another define everything we do TOGETHER.

OUR TEAMS OF WONDER WOMEN will be proudly pedalling around the clock with our favourite UK instructors from 10am on Friday 19th November for 24 HOURS to raise money for BBC Children in Need.

With 20 hours still to ride, we have already raised £2000.

Absolutely 80’s! What do you think?

OK friends, so after a 20 minute 90’s ride, AND a 20 minute 60’s ride back to back today, I felt on top of the world. Such different songs, which brings out such a different energy, sparkle, and memories! It got me thinking... If you could only work out to one decade of music forever more, what decade would it be??? I’m going 80’s (I think 😂) x

We did it!

Our final numbers are in and we rode the equivalent of the London studio to the New York studio and back again (!) as we raised more than £12000 for Refuge on Saturday. With GiftAid this figure is closer to £15000.

177 Hustlers took part and 93.7% rode further than their original mileage pledge.

In one day, we collectively rode 7894.38 miles.

Thank you to everyone who took part and to all those who sponsored us to raise this enormous amount of money for Refuge. It will go so far to support Refuge’s life saving work in helping women and children escape domestic violence.

We couldn’t have done this without you, so thank you so very much in helping us celebrate Galentine’s Day on the bike in this very special way 💕
