I don’t mean to give praises but I do 😂😂. I’ve released, relaxed, rejuvenated and “exhaled”. Releasing all stress, anxiety, self doubt, feeling of unworthy, unloved and unappreciated. Feelings I wanted to receive from others. I gained understanding that I have to provide these feelings to myself because it’s no one’s Job to provide that for me. I feel fulfilled through what I’m able to accomplish by the hand of my JESUS and those around me.

I’ve also learned and expressed that love is now always said out loud but is expressed in many different actions…. Through this realisation I can express with my chest that I am love and appreciate, and worthy and many more.

Thank you my sister for shearing this amazing moment and memory with me. And loving, appreciating and valuing me. 💋💋💋

First day in and I am already In love with the island the people and the activities. Days are Sunny and the sea is clear.

I feel like I can now see who God wants me to be and that is what I will be. I’m grateful got the opportunity to visit this paradise, he has provided all the way. I’m more In love with myself now, I was able to set myself free from all mental bo***ge and experience new revelation. I seek peace, joy, happiness, love, appreciation and wholeness. Thank you Lord I’ve received.

Sooooo… it’s really been a while but I’m back now. Let’s just take a look back to my 25th Birthday because the vibe was right.

All my appreciation and praise goes to God for keeping me bringing me through some of the toughest times and darkest day.

Yep I was outside.

For some time now I’ve been feeling trap within myself…feeling low, feeling unhappy, feeling of no value. Even though outside (what is seen) everything has been the complete opposite.
I became confused and not knowing what is true. Asking myself who am I? (AM I OK? Or AM I NOT OK?)

I just want to be free…free from Me. So cliche right. I don’t even know what that is.

I’m am now on the journey to free myself from the internal cell that I’ve been held in. Whatever it takes..I MUST find me.
