Loss Control Management (LCM) refers to the process of managing the level of safety risk within a workplace.
Leaders provide vision. They build forward, create change and make the future achievable. A good Safety Leader has a combination of innate talent and developed skills in the wider field on Occupational Safety and Health including Loss Control Management.
This 48-hour course is designed to provide practical knowledge and techniques to enable Safety Leaders at all levels to continually improve their organization’s safety performance.
A loss control program should help Safety Leaders reduce claims and losses through safety and risk management information and services.
