I started this journey many years ago, I had frozen shoulder and I turned to holistic therapies to help me. From then on, I became fascinated with all areas of healing. I learned Reiki and Seichem, followed by Thermal Auricular Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Labrys Ascension Therapy and most recently Colour Therapy. I enjoy helping others and these therapies enable me to do just that.
I now want to use the knowledge that I have gained to make jewellery that can help others.
I have even use the concepts of colour therapy in my own home. I was feeling anxious and struggling to relax. I realised that because my living room had lots of red in it, that it was over stimulating. So my fiance and I purchased green curtains, cushion covers and a rug. It has amazed us, it has made a huge difference to how we feel.
By introducing small amounts of the 'right' colour it can help to balance your mood and in turn your world feels better.
