The second annual charity event hosted by The Yoga Spot benefitiing Team Survivor Northwest will be on September 2, Sunday, from 3-6.

Fun afternoon with yoga, afternoon tea and amazing raffle prizes.

It was wonderful to go to bed and to wake up with the ocean waves. One of the most soothing sounds on earth!

Grateful to visit one of three green sand beaches of the world! We were told that it used to be a lot greener.
The trip going to the green sand beach was a full adventure on its own -- we rode down in rickety 4wd, with parts feeling like the car was going to tip to the side!

Had the luxury to meditate next to this beautiful tree. Have me the chance to admire its texture, and the lives it supported.
Remember to pause and see what's around you!
