Hey guys! I just wanted to talk about stress for a second. Aside from things like work stress or illness or relationship issues, a lot of us overlook the every day annoying as shhhh things that are creating stress. For example, not being able to find the matching lid to your container. Maybe this isn’t a problem for you but last year, as I really started ramping up my food prep game, this cupboard become my enemy #1 😂
Until I finally decided to do something about it. All it took was investing in these awesome glass containers I got at Costco (they are Pyrex and have snap lids) and a little adjustable lid organizer. And I honestly can’t even tell you what a difference I feel every single day when I reach in here.
You guys already know our goal here is to tell our bodies that everything’s cool out here (so it can stop freaking out and relax and give us more energy)… it’s more important than it seems to finally fix that thing that irritates you.
So if there’s one weekend project that’s worth tackling, it’s creating a solution to that thing that’s been bothering you in a subtly stress inducing seemingly minor way. ESPECIALLY if it has to do with something you put on or in your body!

😳🥰💕🍍You guys, I’m a broken record here but you need to try !!! I got all this plus canned tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, pears, coconut milk and pasta for $110. It’s ALL organic and VERY FRESH and the best deal I’ve ever encountered. These fridge drawers are DEEP!
This place just has a minimum order commitment of $35 per week but you can cancel or skip anytime. It comes once a week and you can adjust your order quantity during the shopping window.
They also have meat and dairy and other things. It’s always changing.
On the day it comes I take whatever veg is leftover in the fridge and make a stock in the instant pot with it or make a few freezer baggies with smoothie ingredients like leftover lettuce and apples or whatever I’m not going to eat in time.
I’m saving HUNDREDS a week with this arrangement! Then I just do one separate order from the other store for the milk I like and anything special I need for upcoming recipes.
Groceries can be so expensive and I’m delighted that this service is available so we can all enjoy organic produce at an affordable price!
PLUS the box insulation is compostable! 🌳 🌱
