Another problem solved worn carbon brushes on a washing machine motor. Over time the carbon brushes wear away and need replacing, so if your machine is old and has stopped working this could be the cause👍

Happy new year 🥳 I thought I would kick the year off with a little story.
Had a customer who uses limescale tablets in every wash like the ones In the picture but decided to deep clean using soda crystals. After the machine left bits all in the machine and on clothes🤔this happened because the limescale tablets are not as strong as the soda crystals so the soda crystals obliterated the internal limescale in the machine. I’m not a fan of the limescale tablets for this reason it doesn’t seem to actually work as it says! If you haven’t previously used soda crystals this will happen first time you do! A wipe of the drum and another soda crystal wash should get it gone depending on the level of limescale. Soda crystals can be used in every wash and in my opinion work better than the tablets obviously if you have sensitive skin it might not be for you but a hot wash once a month with a cup of soda crystals should keep it at bay!
Don’t waste money on these tablets soda crystals are £1 for 1kg 👍
