Inspired by a visit to National Trust Brownsea Island, a haven for these little creatures 🐿️🍃

Last year I did a collaborative painting ‘Tough as Old Boots’ with Background bob and it is now featured in his 3rd book which is finally out!
It includes over 250 collaborations from artists all over the world, including some well known names such as Ed Sheeran Mr Doodle Obey Giant Joe Lycett Grayson Perry

All proceeds from the sale of the book will go to Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity.
These paintings are also currently exhibited at Firstsite Colchester until 8th October, and will eventually go to auction to raise even more money 😄🎨

‘Tough as Old Boots’

a collaboration with Background Bob!

I have had the privilege to collaborate with Background Bob for his third charity project.
Over the last 2 years Noah (aka Bob) has been painting backgrounds on cardboard, sending them to hundreds of artists all over the world, for them to add something of their own. The artwork then gets auctioned to raise money for the hospital Noah has and will continue to receive treatment. So far over £150,000 has been raised for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity. Despite only being 13, Noah has also released 2 books and has had his own exhibition. Thanks to the Background Bob family for allowing me to be a part of this third fundraiser! P.s you can never paint too many Dr. Martens can you?
