I am still proud to say that I work at Treyarch but ashamed that this industry can allow such terrible behavior to happen. This needs to change now.

This year I tried to attend bad many cons/meet-ups as I can. Honestly, there are times when I feel like I don't belong in this community, and others when I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
