Revamping Riverbend Let’s make RVP Great Again.
This page will be used for the online auction to raise money for activities for Riverbend kids

All donations have been paid to the park and some extra. I have paid for the few unpaid items we had and will come up with something to do with those if they do not pay them. Right now the plan is the money is going into the activities account until I find what we are looking for. I have placed an offer on the 3 piece set I showed but sadly he didn’t accept what we raised so I will continue to look. The hope is we will have atleast one piece by the first holiday but the goal is to find the complete set wanted by then. We have to think of insurance as well and Lynn Richert has already reached out to work on that research. As always thank you all so very much. Those that have not paid for their items please contact me ASAP.

I want to sincerely thank everyone that donated, bid, shared, and supported in any way whatsoever. I am so excited to be able to do something like this for the kids of the park!
My messages aren’t coming thru in messenger I will respond as soon as I can actually open them
Guys and Gals I will post a complete list tomorrow of winners and everything I am completely beat after today at work. I have only 1 invoice I can’t sent and very few unpaid left. Final amount raised is $3403.00 including a few extra monetary donations today when paying for items. I am completely overwhelmed by the generosity of this group!
Benji Hess has been kind enough to offer his own black mat for donation for $175 to match the winners bid on the other one. If anyone wants to take advantage of this you have until 10pm to claim it and pay.
I am swamped at work right now. I will messaged everyone ASAP. It maybe a few hours but I promise you will all get taken care of.
Cherie Jane McIllwain I can not respond to your message it says you don’t accept messages. Once your total is paid you can get with the donors to schedule pickup of your two items. If you will send me your cash tag on that message I will send you a request for your total.
It appears that I can not message from this page so please use the send message button on this post so I can invoice the winners!
Bidding is now closed
Please remember the payment rules. Once auction has closed and invoices sent I will ask how you want to pay and will send a payment request for your requested method from the options available. Less than 12 hours left so get those last minute bids in before the auction closes for good. Once again thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart for the outpouring of support for the kids of Riverbend!
Please remember you have very little time left to bid, all bids must be in by 8:59 in the morning after that all comments will be disabled after the winner of each item is posted. I will send invoices throughout the day and they must be paid according to prior posted rules.
We have had another $50 donation come in thank you Kendra Featherston Gossett! As of this mornings totals excluding the cash donations we have raised $2463.00including the other we have raised $3063. Don’t forget their is still a couple of days to bid so if you are winning an item you want keep and eye on it so you don’t get outbid! Once again thank you everyone for your support for this project! If you have questions about how much you have spent so far or want to be notified if someone outbids you let me know, I have a running excel sheet with all the information on it that I update every bid.!
We have OVER $5000 in valued items but have raised less than half that (not including monetary donations that brings us to almost $3000). Let’s work together in these next few days we have left to really finish this off with a bang. I am so thankful for the support we currently have and even if we didn’t get another bid I would be so grateful for those that have shown up and showed out for our river kids. I would appreciate everyone sharing the auction to bring new bidders in because I’m seeing the same names raising the bar currently and I know that we have many more that would love to get some of these amazing deals and help a great cause at the same time! Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart!
This is another steal of a deal, I undervalued this bundle badly it’s a bulk lot of boutique products. Just the bralets alone are $45 each and socks are $25 each and there are multiples of those items. Current winning bid for this lot is $60 which barely pays for just the socks!!! Great for someone opening a boutique or resale shop or just getting a jumpstart on Christmas!
Another unique item that is going for a steal. This can be customized for your littles, indoor, outdoor, girly, gamer, boys, just about any thing! It can be for a birthday party or a just because!! Value is $400 and winning bid is only $135!!! Don’t sleep on this one
This item is a steal, valued at $1200, current bid is only $350.00 don’t let this get away!
This is an example of what this auction is raising money for. We have raised the money to purchase this piece so far with some left over to go towards another piece. I have found a 3 piece set that has the slide, the house and a large obstacle course for $4300 that is what I’m shooting for. Nothing is set in stone yet and we still have a few more days to raise more money. I will continue to search for the best deals and consult people who have the knowledge of these types of things that I don’t to make sure we get the best possible deal. We also have another fundraiser set at a later time in the event we don’t raise enough this time to cover the cost of the desired equipment. POA will be provided with proof of receipts of purchase upon purchases for complete transparency.
