My name is Sheena Nadeau, founder and creator of Vertebar®. With a BA and MA in Exercise Science, I have taught pain-free exercise in Fitness and Physical Therapy for over 12 years. My life’s mission is to prevent joint destruction and empower people with the ability to live free of limitations.
