This is also something I heard this week and it struck a cord.

And let Julie do it cheaper, you customers will keep coming back to you because of your customer service skills and they trust you. Stop looking at other businesses and what they are doing “stay in your own lane” focus on you once you focus on others you have taken your eye off your own ball, and that’s when it falls apart.
