And life keeps flowing…
As a river. Sometimes with smooth waters and sometimes with rocks as obstacles and waterfalls as glorious challenges…

2022 is here.
In some of my readings, the writer was asking what word will be chosen to describe this year for me?

I paused. And I reflected. And in my general thoughts I was struggling to choose between work, service, joy, love, peace, harmony. And then while I was walking outside in this below zero weather here in MN, which makes me feel alive and focused, suddenly I felt it in my heart. Not in my brain. In my heart.

I had a connection with my heart. All these words I was struggling to choose the “one”, all could be condensed in ONE! Which will lead to actions and responses from the Universe back to me.

Self care. Self care is my word for 2022. The same care I have given my whole life to my loved ones. And to anyone around me. I vow to practice self care.

Which means work... in growing spiritually… in honoring my body… the vessel of my soul…

Which means service in growing my purpose and my meaning to spread from my soul to the world around me Joy, Love, Peace and Harmony.

All starts in the heart. In a smile. In an eye contact. In a long walk. Feeling the cold in my face. A warm shower. A Comforting Home Day. Any of my tools to create peace in my day. A candle. A movie. A Book. Sleep. Travel.

All starts in the way I receive the challenge, the stimulus, the task from life, the lesson chosen from my soul… and in my interval of pause… I choose not to react. But to respond. From the smallest step of light and love and Wisdom from my soul. Eternal. Connected with my ancestors, connected with the Universe, with faith. With the roots of belonging.

And I vow. To try less. And pause more. And smile more. And self care more.

I love you as I love me. How could I love you if I don’t know love for me?

How could I give to you when I don’t have in me or for me?
Self care. Self love. Self growth.
Self awareness. Self pause.

Share my love. Sprinkle. Spread.
And the Universe as the River of life flowing unstoppably will Always find a way to pour love over me. Over you.

Washing away all that does not serve an honorable purpose in growth and life anymore. Waterfalls. Washing away…

His soul felt in each blue, red, yellow, orange, …, in each “tear” of paint coming together, expressing the pain, the love, the confusion, the clarity…

Let my soul, my heart mix itself with the Universe.
The blue sky
The bright sun
The enlightened moon
Autumn… orange, red, yellow, bronze…

Feel the water as I wash my face, washing my soul as well…

Experiment the cold wind… awakening my senses…
Bringing awareness so I am fully able to admire…

Admire while I smell the wet grass in a cold morning from the rain at night…

The same rain that awakens me with the sound of thunder and the power of the lightning

And the black clouds releasing all that is needed to give space for the beautiful blue sky with some pinkish tones…

And I admire… I see. With all my heart. A part of me feels it in my soul as one with All.

I hug myself, my warm body. The suit for my soul. The same suit that becomes so cold when each one of us go home. When our souls fly away. And my senses let me admire. The switch of the light. Turning off in one room, earth. Turning on elsewhere at home.

Admire with the heart. For me meaning to admire with my soul. Feel it in me as it feels in the Universe. The end is the beginning. The beginning is the end. Just a perception shift. Tears and smiles shared together in different dimensions. So close. So distant. Perception.

The light of the moon and the Starry sky alternate with the Sun. And the cycle continues as One orchestrated spectacle. So is life. And death. An orchestrated cycle of “beginnings” and “endings”. But… when, where, how does it begin or end and vice versa? Perception.

My soul.
My ancestors.
My past.
My future.
My NOW.

One with me. For me. Within me.
Admire.
Let the whole experience infuse the lungs, ignite the senses, embrace IT All.

And ALL learned, seen, smelled, touched, heard gets interspersed forever through time, space, life and death.

And art is therefore made in love. With capital letters. LOVE…
