Not "fat shaming". This is a demonstrable fact. Obesity is skyrocketing because we eat junk and do not exercise. The costs are crippling not only individuals, but our Country. As a Country we need to re-focus on healthy eating and living. Type 2 diabetes and almost definitely a host of other "new" diseases are caused largely by bad diet. It all is largely reversible by healthy eating and living.

Answer to a common question below:
You will of course lose weight if you change your diet to LOW CARB, which is what a "cheat day" embracing diet will be in the long run. You are making a change for the better. HOWEVER, you will lose muscle mass as well as fat because "low carb" does not equal ketosis.
KETOSIS, (and a true keto diet) on the other hand, does not tolerate "cheats" well because it is a delicate balance of what you eat driven by science - and in ketosis you burn only stored fat, not muscle mass.
It is NOT hard to do!
