We have had a fab stay at Killyleagh cove, the house is beautiful and clean. The house is very child friendly. It's just made this weekend so much easier staying in a house rather than a b and b. I would recommend it to anyone and would give it a 5 star rating. Will definitely book the next time we are over. # # #
Well I can't ask for much more on this beautiful Tuesday morning.
My next free weekend is 14/15th July if anyone's thinking of a lovely weekend in Killyleagh ๐

Well that's the sun going down on another weekend where I had the pleasure of hosting fantastic guests from England staying in Killyleagh for the first time to catch up with extended family. I'm so lucky to have met many kind & respectful guests in my first 9 months of hosting ๐ have a great week folks wherever you are.

Last week I had the pleasure of hosting guests who have a very successful holiday home in the Cotswolds and I took the opportunity to ask them to run a critical eye around Killyleagh Cove and give me honest feedback. To say I'm delighted with this review published on airbnb is very much an understatement......
โNicki was the perfect host - accommodating our whole family for a special wedding at Tullyveery House. ( which is only 1 and 1/2 miles from Killyleagh Cove). Communication was outstanding - as was the house. Incredibly clean and spacious and very well kitted out with everything you could need - including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and full cooker. Plus all the pots and pans and plenty of glasses. Nicki has gone to a lot of trouble to make sure everything is up together and you wonโt want for anything. We made use of the iron and ironing board and the hair dryer that was provided. The location in Killyleagh is gorgeous. There are numerous takeaways, pubs and eateries within a five minute walk. The local shops have everything you could need. And the stunning loch is so very close. Nicki made are stay all the more special with a welcome basket full of goodies. We would highly recommend this place. A hidden gem behind a simple facade.โ
What a lovely comment to read from guests from Co. Clare who have just checked out- a warm comfortable house was definitely required this Easter!
Gorgeous day to be out on Strangford Lough ๐
So far in March I've hosted guests from Sweden and Bratislava as well as NI & ROI. They were all perfect guests & enjoyed all that Killyleagh & Strangford Lough has to offer. Here's one of the great reviews left on Airbnb:
"Nicki's place was a great find. Beautiful inside and very comfortable. Facilities were great and Nicki was very accommodating and responsive. We will be back for sure"
I've just had a cancellation for the latter part of the Easter holidays from 6th April. If any of you folks are thinking of a wee visit home, a trip to Killyleagh or know someone looking for accommodation for a wedding etc just send me a message - 2 night minimum stay. Many thanks Nicki

"Our second stay at Nicki's beautiful home. Close to lots of places of interest, a trip to Delamont park a short distance away, even on a January day, was a pleasure.
