🏠 Market Snapshot 📈 Months of supply inventory in March 2024 indicated a sellers’ market in the South Bay. Sales grew along with new listings. Manhattan Beach could still support far more homes coming on the market, more supply will mean a healthier market; but it’s showing signs that demands is ramping up meaningfully.

Let’s get a few things straight…2024 Myths vs Reality

Myth: Wait to move until rates come down.
Reality: Trying to time the market is never a good approach.

Myth: I’ll just wait until prices come down.
Reality: Prices aren’t falling, data shows they’re rising, just at a slower pace.

Myth: Inventory is low I don’t like anything.
Reality: Inventory rose 5.9% from last year and new listings rose by 15% month over month in the South Bay, benefiting the market.
