It's wise to check the companies list first and see which ones are in your line of work.
The number of vacancies per company are also listed .
You can apply easily via Moovijob or directly to the company. Spontaneous applications are also welcomed by many companies.

When it comes to CVs,Luxembourg's system of selecting possible candidates for interviews is very advanced so always customise your CVs so that it is ATS compliant.

If you don't get any responses then it's highly likely that your CVs was not even read at all.Not one CV fits all job advertisements.Always include key words that the job advertisement has.

Lest we forget that Luxembourg has 3 official languages and you should at least have an idea of at least one.
Those in IT,banking/finance and engineering are likely to get away with English only.

For social jobs like nursing,care,teaching,social work etc chances of being asked for proficiency of at least 2 of the official languages are high.However,some international schools or companies may recruit those with English only but you are given a period to acquire at least one of the languages.

Luxembourg is looking at hiring about 300 000 foreign workers before 2030.It's current population stands at around 660 000.

French is the administrative language.
German and Luxembourgish are also spoken.
Always write your CV in one of the official languages especially the language in which the job is advertised.90% of the time,the jobs are in French.
Please do not use Google translate to translate your CV into French,German or Luxembourgish.
These languages are gender sensitive.Most of the translators are in the male version so for female applicants a lot needs to be edited.Always ask someone who knows to proofread your résumé and motivational letter.
