Please remember that all of our courses have a ONE YEAR expiry date and always have done. This is stated in bold, bright, capital letters on the registration form that you sign when registering and is also reiterated by staff regularly. If you buy a course please bear this in mind beforehand. If you are not certain that you are going to use the minutes within that timeframe then a better option for you may be to pay per session.

If unforeseen circumstances arise preventing you from using your minutes within this timeframe then please speak to a member of management PRIOR to them expiring and we will see how we can accommodate you in this regard (depending on the circumstance).

Our system does automatically send an emailed receipt at the time of purchase for your records (if you complete the email section of the registration form), and printed receipts are ALWAYS available to you upon request, but if you are unsure of the exact date your course expires or how many minutes you have remaining please feel free to contact us to check at any time at all. We can be contacted by telephone on 0161 302 8185, via any of our social media pages, via email on [email protected] or by simply popping into the shop.

Please also note that we DO NOT physically go into each individual account and delete minutes after one year since purchase. Our complex computer software system automatically does this, so please don't take it personally should your minutes expire. This is our company policy and it is the same for every customer, unless, as stated above, you approach management PRIOR to them expiring with a reasonable explanation as to why you are prevented from using them within the one year timeframe, in order that we can then deal with the matter accordingly.

Once they have expired they are gone!

Management nor staff CANNOT AND WILL NOT be held accountable nor blamed for your minutes expiring!!! Minutes CANNOT be transferred to another customers account.

This is just a quick reminder that we only permit the use of sunbed lotions and creams on our beds!!!...NO GELS......NO OILS....NO WAXES.....JUST CREAMS AND LOTIONS!!!

These lotions and creams MUST be specifically designed for sunbed use. Not only are regular creams which are not specifically designed for sunbed use dangerous to use on the tanning beds as they can cause damage and burning to your skin, they contain ingredients that damage and break down the acrylics on our beds.

We do have signage up around the shop advising customers of this, but it seems in recent months these signs are going very much unnoticed.

There has been a recent influx of customers using a specific brand of extreme tanning gel on our beds. There seems to be a current TikTok trend surrounding this product which comes in a circular tub. This product is particularly prohibited on our beds.

!!!!UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE WILLING TO COMPROMISE THE CONDITION OR PERFORMANCE OF OUR BEDS FOR THESE PRODUCTS!!!!

If we see or become aware of anybody bringing this product (or any other oil, gel or wax) into the shop or using it on our beds we WILL prohibit you from using the beds. If this comes to our attention after you leave the shop (it is very apparent when we clean the beds what has been used) we will be placing a note on your name and you will be made aware next time you attend the shop. Not only are these products ruining our beds, this gel in particular is extremely difficult to clean off the beds, therefore putting beds out of use because staff are having to take ridiculous periods of time attempting to remove this product from the acrylics, therefore having a knock on effect on waiting times.

That being said, should you wish to use certain oils or gels (specifically designed for sunbed use) on the stand ups where the product does not touch the acrylics, you are more than welcome to do so as long as you bear in mind that this can also be a slipping hazard if spilt on the floor not only to yourselves, but to our staff, therefore extra care MUST be taken not to get this product on the floor.
