My experience in dealing with lawyers when it comes to critical constitutional questions is that a law degree is usually a handicap, not a help. The law schools are today quite adept, apparently, at stripping away all common sense, reading comprehension, and any real understanding of the natural law or our Constitution. The core deadly fallacy they have been inculcated with is a lying interpretation of Marbury vs. Madison. They take one sentence, twist it completely out of context, and make the whole opinion say the exact opposite of what the document says. Make no mistake, the lie of judicial supremacy is deadly to our constitutional, republican form of self-government.
