遗嘱订立的目的就是为了在活着的时候立好规则，避免去世后的为财产争吵。
但往往现实却恰恰相反，由于遗嘱订立人不懂法律，造成還嘱无效。本来是用来解决问题的却造成去世后，亲人成为仇人，诉诸法庭。如果订立人还在世上，是非常不愿意看的这样的结果！

【信托科普】如何理解信托的独立性？
信托财产的独立性，指的是信托一旦成立，信托财产就从委托人的财产中分离出来，且不得归入受托人的固有财产中，同时在信托结束前不会成为受益人的财产，因此是一种独立的财产整体。
这种独立性的出发点是为了保证信托财产的安全，确保信托目的能够实现，即使委托人发生破产事件，已经设立信托的财产也不能作为清算财产用来偿还债务。这一特性能够充分体现信托制度的财产独立性，以及风险隔离的特征。

相信很多人都与自己的家人朋友拥有联名产业。但是大家知道吗？
联名产业在进行“传承”时所带来的问题绝对是非常多且需要时间与金钱去处理的。
1. 生前没有立下遗嘱，不确定受益人
当一个人逝世时，名下资产会依照马来西亚分配法令来进行遗产分配，包括动产与不动产。这就造成需要时间调查符合资格的受益人才能开始进行分配，延长了执行工作。这也进而造成原有联名持有人需要与多名受益人共同持有，损及原有联名持有人的利益。
2. 多个名字在同一房产内
从第一点延伸而来,房产会根据遗产分配法令来进行，造成原本只有为数两位的持有人变成多人持有。这时要进行房产割名会需要很大的费用，以及可能面对受益人彼此分配不公正所产生的诉讼。而且当要进行房产买卖时也必须全体持有人同意才能进行。这一系列就让“传承”更加艰辛与困难。
