The Argo is the Independent Student Newspaper of Stockton University.
The Argo was founded in 1971 and operates as an independent, non-profit organization under the auspices of its Board of Directors. The purpose for which this corporation is formed to plan, develop and promulgate a newspaper for the higher education community.
The Argo’s mission is to publish news and feature stories, editorials and opinions relevant to the Stockton community while providing an inclusive and professional experience for the student staff.
The Argo published weekly during the fall and spring academic semesters. We welcome student participation. If you are interested in reporting for the Argo, join us for one of our weekly editorial meetings or email us!
