Hey ladies, I just wanted to share some love and positivity with all the amazing women in their 30s to 50s out there. I know that sometimes it can feel like losing weight is an impossible task, especially as we get older. Okay, I am always looking or ways to help my weight loss patients. Sooooooo...I have been experimenting with something VERY cool. Can an extra 30 lbs of FAT keep us SAFE?
After my most recent weight loss masterclass, Judy called me to have a private conversation. She was frustrated with the excess weight on her body( and her lack of a relationship.)
She said she has tried everything to lose weight but it comes back immediately.
After working with thousands of patients, I had the insight to ask her if there was an emotional trauma just before she noticed the weight gain. At first, she said, "oh no, not at all". However, after a period of silence, she admitted yes…" I seemed to gain all of this extra weight after a very bad relationship".
I told her it's very common that we will unconsciously manipulate our bodies to create protection. Especially, as a woman who has been perceivably hurt by a man, we unconsciously decide to become less attractive to avoid dealing with the attention and potential pain of dealing with men. So many women do this without knowing it.
Then a few years later they have gained an extra 20-30 lbs of “safety”.
So...
No longer do we need to put ourselves out there.
No longer do we need to deal with the attention of men.
No longer do we need to feel the pain of a relationship.
This process gives us the illusion of safety but in actuality holds us back from the great things that life has to offer.
I went on to tell her that no matter what weight loss program you do, it won’t work unless you deal with the pain that caused it in the first place.
That is why 80% of diets and weight loss programs fail within 3-6 months.
I could sense the tears building in her eyes as the other side of the call got very quiet. I knew at that moment it started making sense for her. She was experiencing anger and relief at the same time. She was starting to see why the past diets she had tried did not work! Her dream of having a beautiful body that she felt good in was starting to emerge.
Judy hired me soon after that conversation. I began coaching her on the proper way to transform her mindset of being unattractive to protect herself from men to the new mindset of the powerful divine feminine woman she is!!
Of course, once she had that massive shift, showing her how to eat properly to make the permanent hormonal shift to a lean and healthy body was easy. She immediately starting dropping .5 to 1lb a day of fat!!
Because she was ready she followed every single step I recommended and lost 30 pounds (of FAT) while dropping 15 inches off of her body!
More importantly, she felt sexy again and is beginning to appreciate the attention from men.

Can $32,000 buy you the perfect body?
Sarah W. called me at the end of my most recent weight loss masterclass, she was embarrassed to tell me that she was 75 pounds overweight and had tried every diet under the sun to lose it.
She asked, “How is your program any different than any of the other ones I have tried?”
I asked her about other programs and, to my surprise, she spent the next several minutes covering a HUGE list of programs she tried including South Beach Diet, Paleo, Keto, Doctors Weight Loss clinics, and countless others.
Then after trying all those programs and gaining ALL the weight back. Sarah decided to get a $25,000 lap band surgically implanted. Long story short, after about 60 days, she actually gained 20 lbs more!
Yikes!!
So I told her that “the difference between everything she’d listed and my weight loss program is simple, all of the programs mentioned focus on calorie reduction. This initially does make you lose weight, but if you reduce calories for more than 7 days, your body will start holding on to fat.
I went on to tell her that your body has an ancestral mechanism to hold on to weight and when it doesn't get enough calories to sustain daily activities, it will store “abnormal fat” in areas like hips, legs, belly, and thighs.

-“…reduced-calorie diets slow your metabolism and cause muscle loss.”
-“…reduced-calorie diets cause fatigue and nutrient deficiencies.”
- “…overly restricting calories can cause infertility issues and menstrual irregularities.”
- “…calorie restriction reduces estrogen and testosterone levels, causing increased bone breakdown.”
- “…calorie restrictions increase risk of infection and illness.”
That is why 80% of diets and weight loss programs fail within 3-6 months.
She screamed "Oh my God!". I knew at that moment it started making sense for her. I could see tears beginning to build while a faint smile was emerging. She was experiencing anger and relief at the same time. She was starting to see why the past diets and programs she had tried did not work!
Hope was reignited that she could not only lose weight but feel good in her body again. Her dream of feeling comfortable in a bathing suit in front of her husband was once again a reachable goal.
Sarah hired me that day and I began to coach her on the proper way to eat, including what to eat and how much to eat. I told her she only needed to follow my program for 90 days, NOT the rest of her life.
Next, I showed her how to avoid creating a caloric deficiency. Which requires the knowledge of balancing how many calories she puts in (food) versus how many calories she burns (daily activities and exercise).
She followed my instructions to the letter and in 90 days BAM!! … she lost 71 pounds (of FAT) while dropping 28 inches off of her body!
More importantly, she told me her blood pressure lowered and she stopped snoring at night, so her husband could sleep next to her!!
Even I was astonished!

You do reach a point of awareness that is beyond yourself.
You experience something that can’t be put into words, you experience something beyond the physical body.
And you realize there is so much more than the physical reality that you have convinced yourself is REAL.

"Crazy" is a relative term. I think it requires a bit of "crazy" and "weird" to accomplish your most inspired dreams and aspirations. It also requires you NOT to care about how others perceive you. We all walk around more concerned about ourselves but we think that others are watching and judging us. LET THAT S**T GO!
Its funny because there are several dictionary definitions of crazy..but one of them is :(def) extremely enthusiastic.

Failure is only in the perception of the person perceiving it. What if your "failure" is actually your greatest growth and learning lesson?
Its human nature for our minds to focus and obsess on the potential dangers in life. Your mind has a billion year old software program that is wired to do so!
The BEST way to shift this program is by applying your human will to do the following:
1. Allow the energy of worry and FEAR to move through you
2. DONT suppress your feelings
3. Organize an action plan to handle the potential danger
4. Realize this is in front of you because there is something you need to learn
5. Remember: Your ENEMY is your ADVOCATE (in disguise)
