I'm still very impressed at what was done for kratom, even when some of us only sent a letter, made a phone call, or signed the White House petition. Even that little bit helped a LOT. Getting the DEA to reconsider their decision is unprecedented and historical. This also shows that not only the influence of the people stronger than ever, thanks to the Internet and the millions of people who used kratom out there, it makes me hopeful that democracy is indeed alive and well when we believe in our own influence and use it.
I know I'm going to sound like some pie in the sky guy, but this can apply to so much more than just kratom or other helpful drugs, herbs or supplements. If we don't like the way our country is going, we CAN change it.
For now, we just need to watch the FDA and be ready to make ourselves heard again. Be proud, be heard, stay up.
