Having studied the feasibility of a currency backed by Bitcoin, we realized the need for stabilization of the volatility that comes with crypto.

One proposed solution is to have a soft peg that would use either a rolling average or a tiered value to resist volatile changes.

Another propose solution is a hybrid silver-bitcoin peg. This would chain the values of each together, so the currency would resist changes in only one. If both changed value in the same direction, so would the currency. This proposal is being studied further.

An example price table is presented below. Along the top is the mBTC price for simplicity. Along the left is the silver price. Both in US dollars. The values in the table are how much of our currency a US dollar would buy at the given rates. The currency would be pegged at the rate of 72 satoshis and 1⅔ grains of silver (1/288oz).

We are considering switching from a silver based currency to a currency pegged to a bitcoin reserve. It is increasingly clear that bitcoin is serving what silver and gold used to serve as, and in many cases, better. Pe***ng our currency to the value of bitcoin, relative to the value of silver, would provide us with a strong appreciating currency, which is ideal for developing a strong nation.

The currency would be based on a bitcoin-silver float peg to stabilize it somewhat, but allow it to move slowly with the changes in bitcoin value. The idea is to stabilize prices against the volatility of bitcoin, while retaining the growth in value of it.

Hold the boat, we were focused on the wrong ideas. 1, 3, 10, 30, 60. That's average multiple of 3. Take it to the bank, our bank. 💥

Our currency research committee may have finally cracked the best denomination system. As you may have read previously, the ideal denominations are multiples of 3, ternary. However, our numeral system is dozenal.

The original plan was to have denominations 1 6 10 60 100, but this produces an average multiple of 4, which isn't good we later learned. It was a struggle to reconcile dozenal and ternary. If we were to use ternary, the denominations would be 1 3 9 23 69, which looks absurd. A more dozenal system would be 1 3 10 20 60 100, which gives an average multiple of 2.9725.

However, a little further study has yielt the following denominations: 1 3 9 20 60. This is an AM of 2.E, which is very close to 3. The other possibility is 1 3 9 20 70 = 3.06, but having a seven dozen denomination is ridiculous.

The 9 unit coin would be 1/10 oz silver. We had hoped to make the currency 100 to an ounce, but this seems to be a great compromise. It allows near perfect denominations. Every multiple is 3 except one, which is 2⅔. It probably is impossible to reconcile the two systems in a better way. There won't be a dozen unit denomination, but more efficient payment is of utmost importance.

We will continue to study this to see if it is indeed the best possibility.

Good news: mathematical research has determined that the following denominations are very close to the ideal denomination ratio of 3:

This averages out to 2.8, which is better than most currencies. Adding a 576 (400) brings that to 3. And 1728 (1000) keeps it at 3.

We are trying to reverse engineer the other formula used to evaluate denominations.

Furthermore, there is a proposal to simply produce a silver twelling coin and then fractions and multiples of 3, which is to say that the twelling would be 9 or 27 units, and then there would be further denominations of 27/81, 81/243, and possibly 243/729.

While we generally ignore the macroworld, there are official considerations of other countries. For example, what is commonly called North Macedonia is referred to as West Bulgaria. In order to prevent confusion with the American state, Georgia is referred to as Kartvelia. Moldova is referred to as East Romania. And since 2022, parts of Russia are now referred to as East Ukraine (the Russian occupied Donbas region is referred to as Central Ukraine).

In a change of foreign policy, we are considering opening Trade office in the United States in order to better conduct business abroad. This will function somewhat like a de facto embassy. No actual relations will be established, but it will improve our foreign business outlook.

Our currency research continues. We have recently learned that the optimal currency system is base 3, not base 12. We are studying whether this is actually practical, or can be fit into a base 12 system.

We have received our sample set of coin sizes to determine what will be the best for our coin issues, which will be coming eventualsoon!

We will most likely have a 1 unit coin and a 6 unit coin. The 1 unit coin will be fully convertible for 1/144 oz of silver. Both coins will be majority copper and have a very nice peal and heft to them.
