Mission North
Mission North is a communications agency for the companies shaping our future.
We guide companies forward by digging in to understand their audience, and capture attention with bold stories and smart campaigns.
As 2023 officially comes to a close, we are proud to announce that our employees have collectively spent (drum roll please 🥁) 912 hours volunteering this year!
Each year, all full-time Mission North employees have 40 dedicated volunteer hours to spend giving back to the causes and organizations that mean the most to them. This is just a part of the mission behind our corporate social responsibility program, E3thos.
Even bigger things to come in 2024!
Last week, some of our NYC team members spent the day sharing the gift of storytelling by volunteering with 826NYC and the Brooklyn Superhero Supply Company. This nonprofit encourages students to explore endless possibilities through creative writing. We helped the kiddos bring their story about a radioactive capybara to life and might have found a few future Mission North employees along the way. 😉📚
They like us, they really like us! Kind words from some of our favorite clients. 😍

Our Story
Mission North guides companies through their most pivotal moments. We help startups as they go to market, create new categories, spark movements, and turn one user into one million. We advise fast-growth companies so they can grow faster, enter new markets and position themselves for IPO. Established companies trust us to help them position for the future, resist inertia and revitalize their brands.
Navigating these inflection points has never been harder. More screens, devices and content makes it more difficult to win the hearts, minds and attention of an audience today. At the same time, the news industry has undergone a massive transition over the past decade making earned media as scarce as people’s attention.
Rallying people around a company's vision takes grit, curiosity, empathy and a new way of thinking. We start with the audience — user, executive stakeholder, policy-maker or investor — to gain a deeper understanding of who they are and what they want and need. Then we figure out how to best engage and activate them using all the tools at our disposal from PR, digital marketing, and social media. This is why tech innovators turn to us to lead their Mission North.
