High competition testing.

When riding, losing momentum happens to the best of us. To make the most out of maintaining it, we have to keep a conservative pace on the inclines and climbs, but take advantage of flat or downhill sections to increase speed.

Do you ride this way, too?

It’s been raining for a few days, the sun is finally shining and the temperature is perfect for riding. But the trail is full of mud, and it often kills your motivation to know you’ll be coming home covered in muck.

Even so, we’re not giving you any excuses. We’re dropping a few tips on how to have a better ride when it’s muddy, because there’s always something special about riding these conditions.

PREPARATION
• It’s the ideal time to use those fenders sitting in your garage.
• Using studded tires will help the mud shed from your tires and improve your traction.
• A lower tire pressure will improve your response and will be easier to ride.

TECHNIQUE
There are several types of mud. The best mud to ride is dense, but this type of mud can also force you off your bike or increase your odds of crashing.

• First, always look ahead.
• Carry adequate speed. With mud, it’s better to be in a harder gear.
• When riding through soft mud, it’s best to shift your weight to the rear of the bike to prevent getting stuck.

CLEANING
• Clean off the mud after your ride so your components don’t wear down or break.

The chamois is made of elastic microfiber with memory foam strategically placed at the saddle’s contact points. Padding density is different in areas where the body needs different levels of support.

Padding in the seat area has a maximum density of 120 kg / m3, with a thickness of 8 mm, making it incredibly comfortable and calibrated for maximum protection against the shock and stress of riding on the road or in the mountains. In the most sensitive area, padding has a density of 60 kg / m3 and 4 mm of thickness.

A central channel protects nerve endings for better support, even over long distances.

Flexible side inserts follow the body’s movement while pedaling, adapting to the rider’s anatomy with maximum comfort.

MTB has an infinity of riders and an endless number of modalities. At one end we have the Enduro riders and at the other the Cross Country riders. Enduro riders are looking for fun on the descents and if possible to set a good time. Cross Country riders want to go as fast uphill as they do downhill, to find that feeling of flying.

Completing a route or an ultra-distance race is a challenge that more and more cyclists dare to overcome.
