It's a short week! Most people missed thier workout yesterday, including myself! Just because u missed Monday DON'T miss the rest of week. Getting off schedule will make you miss the whole week. You have to change your mind set about the gym and getting heathy! It's all mental. Getting to the gym is the biggest obstacle!!! My clients are not in the best mood sometimes and when they leave they say" Chris, I am so glad I am here and I came" thank you for listening and also planning an great workout for me!

80% of weight loss is diet. Putting the proper nutrient in your body on a daily basis is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. DO NOT ruin your workout by eating a meal after. Also, plenty of rest and low stress levels are also key components in weight loss! Good luck ! You can do it;)
