Title : Never Frown
"Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. Philippians 4:4"
Devotion : The apostle Paul found a key in Christ Jesus in the course of doing the work of Christ; the key is to remain in continuous joy in the Holy Spirit. What spurred him on was to apply this key daily in whatever circumstances he found himself in. When Jesus Christ appointed him He made it clear to Paul that he would suffer many things for His name's sake. The apostle was ready to do the work for Christ no matter what. To overcome every obstacle, Paul chose to rejoice evermore. This key has been committed to every Christian. It is our choice to use it, and failure to use it results in complaints, frowns, murmuring, sadness and even death. The devil's strategy is to take away our joy in Christ and we must not allow him. Any time he shows his wiles we should see it as an occasion to rejoice and we shall overcome. Let us choose to remain in the joy of the Lord which is our strength, amen. Share your thoughts here!

Title : God's Peace
"And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7"
Devotion : The answers to everything in this world of ours are provided by the Bible. Let us consider the description of the peace of God: it surpasses all understanding and also has the ability to guard the heart and mind. What kind of peace do you want;the peace of the world or the peace of God? As a believer in Christ Jesus you can use God's peace to judge your choices and decisions. If you make a choice or a decision and you don't experience the peace of God in it, kindly change it, for God is not with you. Title : The devil's place
"Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Psalm 91:13"
Devotion : The Word of God has clearly defined the place of the devil in relation to the children of God. The devil and his cohorts of darkness have been placed under the feet of the children of God. This shows total dominion over the devil and his cohorts of darkness. In the New Testament Jesus Christ declared that he had given the disciples the authority to trample the snakes and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing would by any means hurt them (Luke 10:19). As a child of God never fear the devil and his cohorts of darkness; instead trample over them in warfare prayer. Always keep the devil and his cohorts where they belong - under your feet. Title : Meeting Your Maker
"Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Ecclesiastes 12:7"
Devotion : The scripture above illustrates that there is an end to life on earth. The body returns to the earth and the spirit to God who gave it. Those who do not believe that there is another life after death should know that when life ends on earth the soul appears before God for judgment. For it is appointed unto men once to die and after this the judgment (Hebrews 9:27). Those who have the liberty to rejoice are the born again Christians because they have passed life on earth and have attained eternal life. They are judged for rewards but the unbeliever is judged unto damnation because he did not believe in Christ Jesus. Let us live in this world with the mindset that one day we will give account to God for our stewardship. The almighty God has made Jesus Christ the Judge to judge the living and the dead. Title : True Joy
"Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Psalm 16:11"
Devotion : There is only one place that the fullness of joy can be found: this place is the presence of God. In the old covenant the priest and the prophets were the only people who could come to the presence of God. However, in the new covenant the children of God are born into the presence of God. This shows that as a child of God you can live in continuous joy if you fellowship with the Word of God and the Spirit of God. Title : God is more than enough
"It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect. Psalm 18:32"
Devotion : The scriptures above are loaded with so much for the believer in Christ Jesus. If you need strength today, ask God for strength and He will also make your way perfect. If you need speed to work with, go to God for grace and He will place you at a high position. He teaches us to fight the fight of faith and to win all our battles. He protects His children from backsliding and makes them great. He also keeps us from falling and enlarges our steps. What a mighty God we serve! Share your testimony here!

Title : Young Man
"Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. Psalm 119:9"
Devotion : Young men are people endowed with so much talent and energy that sometimes they do not know what to do with them and therefore abuse or misuse them. The opening scripture instructs the youth to heed the Word of God. This is the only way to curtail the abuse of their gifts and talent and live a holy life. If they heed the Word of God sin will be far from them, and they will not wander from the commandments or ways of God. Dear reader, are you a youth?
