Over 6 million men suffer from depression per year, but male depression often goes underdiagnosed. Men may be more likely to use alcohol and drugs to cope with their depression rather than talking about it.

So Rock Bottom Climbers is here to make a small change to this mass struggle in the world. As a group, we offer competitive sports and games to test our abilities and skills. What’s the difference between us and any other sports group? Well, we prioritise camaraderie through competition via our mini skill games appropriate for any fitness level. Not much of a talker? Just come along for the adrenaline and to be part of a one of a kind group! An hour out of your days to just let loose and be yourselves.
