Hand carved drinking horns and other hand made items from a pagan family.
Not a bad idea... Bring us Mead!!!
Mead was part of a marriage ritual. After the wedding the bride and groom were provided enough mead to last one full moon (28 days). They were encouraged to consume this sweet wine to instill good luck in their marriage. Mead was also believed to promote fertility and virility. From that ritual and belief sprouted the term “honeymoon.”

Have a very refreshing Ostara, everyone! For me, i will be making wedding plans and making a ton of phone calls. Also cooking a special dinner that i will share here later. Looking forward to cracking open that bottle of Mead i made for the occasion with dinner tonight!
The pictures are a bit outdated. Both Sebas and Joris have left the band (on good terms I might add). Band: Heidevolk Album: Uit oude grond Song: Ostara Genr...
As I scoop out the "guts" of our butternut squash, to be used in this mornings breakfast, I find that a bunch of the seeds have begun to sprout! I've never seen this before! It just shows that prosperity is everywhere and sometimes in the least likely of places! Ostara approaches and it is only fitting to be reminded of the importance of the seed. Skål!
I decided to carve into my beard brush today. I think it looks decent...
If there were fairies, elves, orcs, and other mythical creatures do you think they would want to play RPG's as humans?
Mana potion! Good for spell casting. Pretty Boozy! Skål!
I have a treasure box that contains two containers for alcoholic beverages, and four shot glasses. All colored glass. Today i painted some silver on the shot glasses. I intend to thin out and stain these as well as wrap the handles. This box will be used to celebrate our wedding anniversaries for years to come. I will fill the containers with the home brewed mead from our wedding, after it gets finished with the upgrades.
"Idunn's Haire" homebrew eagerly waiting to be opened. The hardest part about brewing this sacred elixir is the self control required to save it for the holiday it was intended for. 750ml guarded by a great mask a stranger gifted to me at a concert years ago.
Hanging from the heating/cooling vent. All feathers and wings were found during family walks.
Skål friends! In an attempt to be more active on here, i shall share these images and a few more.
