-Dawn Dish Soap... toxic, so no thanks!
-Windex... did you know it is 94% water? You're buying water off the shelf folks 💧
-Clorox... I do not miss this smell one bit. Yuck!🤢
-Bona floors... the one I use now smells SO good and my floors look sparkling!✨️
-Mrs. Meyers hand soap.... Owned by SC Johnson now which has been proven to be dishonest, so byeeee!👋🏻
-Pledge.... toxic
-Febreeze ... toxic ☣️

This is JUST the cleaning aisle off the top of my head! This doesn't even list all the makeup, hair care, personal hygiene, candles, and medicine cabinet products I've switched out... plus our beef! Once you know better, you can do better! 🙌🏻

I ditched gain because it’s toxic as heck 🫣 This little bottle costs us $24 CAD, & truly does 96 loads. You literally only need 10mL per load! It’s non-toxic but still smells fantastic (thank you essential oils 🙌) & my clothes are cleaner than ever 💃🏻

During the big sick season we do detox baths.

After all the going and playing with lots of friends this weekend a good soak normally is the cure!

We use:

Lavendar oil
Lemon oil
V***r oil
Dead sea bath salts from our local farmers market

How we use it:

A few drops of each oil and then half a cup of Bath salts.

Be sure to hydrate your little one before and after. We normally do an electrolyte popcicle before or after. Or lots of water.

Afterwards we put armor oil roll on her feet with socks! Or you can do the potatoe trick!

If you do this once a week it keeps all the ickyness at bay. Hopefully this helps all my mamas with littles this sick season. 🥰

Hold up 🌿‼️ Could this be true? Could laundry detergent be a common reason we suffer from skin irritations??

In my experience - YES! Once we made the swap, it was almost instant relief!!!!

The hardest part for me, was getting used to using a concentrated detergent that only took 10 mls of detergent to get the job done. I was SO used to using a whole capful of detergent, but have since learned that capful was mostly water😒

But this 10 mL is FULL of POWER! My clothes have never been cleaner! 5 powerful, natural stain-fighting enzymes to get the job done, and boy do they ever Get. The. Job. Done. 👏 I could never go back!

This right here is my favorite lazy mom hack 🤣✌️

I own a iron, but I haven’t actually used it in years. Instead, I spray wrinkle releaser on the clothes in question, shake it out, and out the door we go!

Pink & Yellow ones: Only have 1 gram of sugar in each one with Electrolytes and Potassium but also calcium, magnesium, Vitamin C , E and B12.
Uses Beet and Beta Carotene for color

Orange ones: Are made with vitamin C, a blast of orange flavor with an exclusive blend of vitamins and natural extracts that support, rejuvenate, and refresh your immune system to help you stay well and active.

So the kids can have several of these without the tantrums or the awful sugar crash. Also, to all my sports mamas you can drink it as a Gatorade replacement too!

Children’s makeup is not regulated by the FDA, like actual makeup, because it is considered a toy. 🤢😳 It makes me sick to my stomach that they don’t regulate things like this for kids.

Not to mention the FDA in the USA is not known to be the best. They have only banned 11 ingredients in the USA... yes, ELEVEN!!! Where other countries have banned 1000's of ingredients. So cleanliness standards and ingredient integrity goes right out the door!

“There are 6 different chemicals in this makeup that are commonly known to cause an allergic reaction. Lydia (the sweet girl pictured on the right) unfortunately was one of those people allergic, and for the past week she has been going through a severe allergic reaction SO SEVERE she had to be admitted to Carle pediatrics in Champaign. In 24 hours, our little girl went from 100% healthy to having her eyes swollen and blistered shut with a rash all over her body, that we would have to apply cold packs to every 30 minutes or so because her skin was burning. She was unable to eat much for days because of the blistering and cracking of her lips.”
